The store itself wasn’t fantastic but Salina was GREAT! If you haven’t guessed by now I’m a huge fan of CUSTOMERSERVICE! I had a ton of questions regarding a receipt that I didn’t understand. Instead of making me feel like a doofus Salina explained everything to me. Not only did she explain in a way I could understand she even gave me tips on how to maximize my shopping with the Plenti/Wellness rewards card. I had no idea the savings I get from this. I’m here roughly 3 times a month and no one has ever explained it like she did. You would think that management would do what they could to get more people to fill out their info for these cards. I’ve never been asked to sign up, only asked if I had one. Now Salina gets 5 stars for her customer service, but the store itself gets only 3. Not the cleanest place I’ve been in.

I would give NO Stars if possible. WORST customer service. I order pics online, get confirmation and order complete email when they were done. Go in to pick up was told they are not releasing online photos, none printed, not working. This was for a gift and when told I needed for today I was referred to Walgreens??? Go in at 8am when they open and doors closed and managers back to door completely unaware of the time. WORSTSVC!!!

Not sure if staff member was new or what but I was told that I had to call the insurance company to get my daughters identication #. She should of called. Then when I called back to give the information I was told that there are other ways to treaty daughters swimmers ear and the medicine is not covered. Wasted my time.

I saw the poor customer service reviews for the pharmacy and was honestly taken by surprise. We’ve received nothing but great service. Yes, sometimes the line is long and no one likes waiting but that’s to be expected. I’ve spoken to Stephanie on numerous occasions and she has always been very helpful and super nice. We actually moved to Rite-Aid from Walgreen’s because we were unhappy with the service there. For us it was definitely the right choice.

Review for PHARMACY: –CUSTOMERSERVICE needs improvement. A different customer and myself were waiting for at least 10 minutes before anyone came up to the counter. We could clearly see that you had 2 people in the back; what was the hold-up? At least acknowledge us and say that you will help us ASAP instead of ignoring us completely. –Why did you shake your head when I took out my CC to pay? It led me to believe that your credit machine was broken or something so I proceeded to take out cash… so don’t look at me at the end of the transaction and say«Oh, did you mean to pay by credit? Oops.» Lady, you made me miss out on some cashback bonus points! –___– Seriously. Just go next door to Lucky. You’ll get your prescriptions faster and at least you can do some grocery shopping while waiting.
