I haven’t gone to this location in awhile and I usually always had good experiences there. Today, I couldn’t say the same. I don’t remember this particular girl but I only know her name from my receipt. Angelica had very poor customer service. She was not very friendly and not once did I see her smile. She misunderstood what I ordered and when I asked her about the extra charge she was very defensive and was very short with me. She told me that that’s not what I said and that I must wait in line again for them to take care of it for me. So I patiently waited with my two kids in line again. When I got up there the other lady asked me what was wrong and I began to tell her that I was charged extra but Angelica cut me off and told her that I ordered it that way. Angelica was extremely rude and hopefully will be coached on how to handle certain situations or maybe find a different field to work in. I created a Unilocal account just to leave this review.

This particular subway sucks sorry for wording it that way but it’s true. Yesterday I got my sandwich to go and purchased 2 cookies and didn’t realize that they didn’t give them to me. Today I got a chicken bacon ranch sandwich got back to my job and they forgot the bacon and they charged me for it. That’s not the bad part though, I was in the store alone and a black women came in and was ordering her sandwich right next to me and they obviously didn’t know that I understand a little bit Spanish but all 3 of the employees were making multiple racial slurs towards this respectful women. So i am now going to drive the extra 5 miles to the next subway instead of the quarter mile it takes for me to get there. Horrible service.

I was able to place an order by phone and the staff member was very friendly and easy to speak with. When it was time to pick up my sandwich, I was able to get right to the cashier and not wait in any line. An added bonus: they gave me a discount because I’m a teacher(she saw my «badge»). I’ll definitely be back because of the friendly service and convenience.

This Subway is super clean and unlike many other locations it keeps the meat and produce covered by a glass top while sandwiches are not being prepared. The staff is quick/efficient and the owner/manager(I’m not sure which) is incredibly friendly and courteous. Although the menu does not vary from each Subway deli to the next I will definitely make a point to come to this location again because I feel confident that my food will be handled properly and that my patronage is appreciated.

I love that this Subway is so close to my house! I always get the same sandwich, my fave a turkey breast on wheat with honey mustard. The store is always clean! Staff could be a bit more friendly, but otherwise they are great.
