Katie has been doing my hair for years. I am always happy with the results. She never bull shits me it makes me promises she can’t deliver. She knows hair science and what your hair can and can not do. Sometimes it takes some time. A good cut and color will, so have patience and bring snacks and something to read. She is always up to date on latest styles and color techniques. Her prices are fair. Book in advance. Or make an appointment with Erica who is also fantastic.

So today I had my first appointment with Erika I had been referred by a friend who had said originally to ask for Katie, so a little over a week ago I dropped in and found Katie she was so sweet and took time to take a look at my hair and set an appointment unfortunately she was booked, I really needed to get in soon, so she referred me to Erika who had an opening. So I went ahead and booked, I am so happy that I did! I wish I could give 6 stars. Erika did even better than I hoped for, both Erika and Katie looked at my hair looking for the best way to go about it talk about team work! I had been struggling to find a stylist that could achieve the look I wanted and had been to one salon after another and dying, bleaching and killing my hair at home doing it myself. I feel so relieved I have a professional I can trust after over a two year search. Thanks Erika I look forward to getting my Blonde hair healthy again but I’ll settled for how great Erika made it look meanwhile!

They were rude, overpriced, and ruined my hair.
I spent days crying. Save your dignity and learn from my mistake of getting my hair bleached here.

I called here Friday to see if I could be squeezed in. The hairstylist wasn’t able to make it and I had literally orange hair. They said they would be able to fit me in. I was a little nervous because I had never been there. I saw Kim and soon realized I had no reason to be nervous, she’s amazing!
Kim and I talked before we got started to decide what I was looking for. She was realistic in letting me know going from orange to blonde would happen initially, which I understand but optimistic enough to say we’ll get as close as possible. She did an awesome job listening to what I was looking for and explaining throughout the process what she was doing.
The end result is gorgeous! I love it!

Horrible experience, never again.
I was in the salon for 4 hours only to leave with orange blond hair.
waited two weeks before they fixed the mistakes made on my hair.
Kim Lazar was horrible at responding to texts, calls and scheduling for correction.
She was also servicing myself and another client at the same time which i found to be very unprofessional especially considering the horrible results.
I don’t really go to salons as I’m friends with many successful cosmos.
unfortunately, most of my friends were busy when I needed to change my color to a more natural look.
Kim Lazar helped me.
I was going from purple to blond.
she did a bleach wash to take out my purple and the blonde that came out underneath was exactly the color i wanted.
since my roots weren’t matching i asked her if she could match my roots but keep the pink champagne blond look that had surfaced. she insisted she could, only to bleach and tone me out into a very orangey blond.
while she had put in the bleach she had another client come in and was servicing her while i had bleach in my hair for almost an hour.
my scalp was irritated and i later found i had been bleach burned
I was in the salon for 4 HOURS desperate to leave at 9 pm starving and with orange blond hair.
she insisted purple shampoo she gave me would help even out all the brassiness the next day. it did not, it made it worse since the amount she gave me was too little for my long hair.
finally 2 weeks later when i came into the salon and caught her off guard was she able to fix her mistakes.
Her coworker (skinny blonde) defended the appearance of my hair insisting it was the toner washing out hence the brassiness, which is a bunch of crap very unprofessional.
Definitely will not be returning.
Still suffering from the mismatched lightening of blonds in my hair regardless of toning. smh. this place seemed like they were used to complaints like this

Got my hair colored and cut by Katie, color specialist. Appt was at 2pm, I left at 9pm. Total of SEVEN hours and she still charged me $ 130!!! I was hungry and thirsty yet wasn’t even offered any water, 7 hours and no water. Smh. I can almost laugh it’s so ridiculous. She «sqeezed» another client in for a color and cut, so I was getting half ass attention. I have NO IDEA why she didn’t put me under heat for as blond as I wanted to be, hence the 7 hours of getting nowhere.
Wanted a blond «crown» turned orange, started to damn near cry like a baby and she toned it more. By the time I left it was still orange, I resembled somewhat like a tiger. She told me I can come back in 2 weeks and she can tone it more for $ 40. Oh HOW THAT PISSED ME OFF. 7 hours for something that should have taken 3 and I’m still being charged a regular price PLUS MORE to come back! Bad for business, not happy with their customer service and won’t be returning.
At another salon paying MORE money to fix Vamp ’ s mistakes. Vamp is well aware of how unhappy I am with the entire experience. As far as they’re concerned they went «above and beyond» since she stayed late to fix the HORRIBLE tiger orange. I can’t even believe it

I’ve been going to this salon for about a year now and wanted to wait on posting a review until now… it’s official. Very consistent and great, great, great.
I’ve been getting cut and color services every 6 weeks for a year now. Some of the services that I’ve had are an ombré, highlights, bangs, layers, and trims. I’ve been very happy with everything.
I’ve also had bridal hair and makeup (trial run and day of) as well as hair styles for my wedding party (11 ladies total including grandmas and babies). They are versatile and good with all ages. Katie, Kim and Erika did a really great job on everyone’s hair.
For the wedding, the stylists opened the salon at 5 a.m. so that everyone could get ready for the morning ceremony. The stylists were quick too! Everyone was done in time which was such a relief for me!
I thought that was so great to have all of my ladies together for coffee, breakfast, and hair (I had Panera do the catering) and that we had the salon all to ourselves. (By the way, I had a hard time finding a good salon for the wedding. I was really surprised about that!)
I’ve also had spray tanning done here. Erika does a great job with that. I’ve never done spray tanning before, and this was really great. I’d love to get spray tanned all the time.
All three stylists are friendly and make me feel comfortable during my appointments.
