Very slow and no smiles… man took forever, dont trybto do a 30 minute lunch we waited almost that long for our order … Needs a serious cleanup, and staff looks like they been put through a ringer… they are struggling.

The restaurant is dirty and the employees even more so. This was first time actually inside the restaurant I usually just go thru the drive thru. They were having alot of «issues» tonight and they couldnt find my order even though I had been waiting on it for 15 minutes and I was the ONLY customer inside of the restaurant at the time. I dealt with a «manager» named Austin who was rude, unprofessional and as dirty as his restaurant. I just got my money back and decided this place is just a health code violation waiting to happen.

KFC is close to my office. We decided to get food as a group but everyone wanted separate orders. We called in the order and Sara answered. She took down each order separately and gave us each a total. When the food was picked up Sara had it all ready. She made it very easy. The food was all correct, fresh and yummy! Thank You Sara for making a difficult lunch easy!

I went to KFC in order to get food for the family for dinner. The stereotypical commercial situation where I want to bring home some chicken to the wife and kid and enjoy supper together. First impressions: After first walking in, I was second in line. There was no one at the register, and I was unable to see any employees working. The woman who was waiting in front of me left within a minute or two of my walking in. Less than a minute later I was being helped. I ordered the stereotypical KFC delights, two original chicken legs, biscuits, mac & cheese, potatoes & gravy, pot pie, etc… After waiting about 7 minutes, one of the employees informed me that they only have one leg in original recipe and none in extra crispy. I could order my second leg in grilled fashion if I wanted. After attempting to contact my wife I was able to reach her to make the decision for my son(as the legs were for him) and we were able to decide he would rather have chicken tenders than grilled chicken or thighs/breasts. During this time, the lady behind me ordering was having the same difficulty. Shortly before I ended up with my food she demanded a refund and walked out of the store without any food. All in all, it took me nearly 20 minutes to get my food, of that only an additional 4 minutes were because they had to fry more chicken tenders for my son. It would have been 16 minutes without that alteration. This was far from fast food, and was definitely not the experience I expected when going to KFC.

Enjoyed a pre Christmas dinner with my Mother and Aunt. Loved everything, especially the chicken livers.
