Very delicious love the fact that the girl works over there gave me a 10 precent discount for the day and next visit thanks so I give this place 5 stars cause it’s very clean and have many toppings

not impressed… i guess going to all the self serve places now has made me a bit snobish… or just have higher expectations.
i ordered a bowl of yogurt, told her i wanted toppings… she over filled the bowl and when she put the toppings on, she actually dumped them in the trash when she had deamed it too fulll… she put the appropriate TCBY scoop on there and then dumped some off… ugh…then to top it off after we get to the register, she then informs us that the credit/​debit machine wasn’t working and they were only taking cash… seriously!!! thankfully i had birthday money in the car, but i think it poor training and low expectations of how to have customer service.
the yogurt was good, but… i won’t be back
