The employees at this location are always great! Food is good and so is the customer service!

Last night, 16Apr16, my sis and I had a yearning for pizza. It’s hard to describe. Saying this pizza and salad was the worst $ 32. dinner I’ve ever encountered comes to mind. I thought it would be cool to have an app to order pizza from and this Douglas Dr. location is not far. When we had trouble figuring out the app I just called and ordered. I ordered thin crust and what I got was like jewish matza bread, no more than 1⁄16 thick and burned black on the bottom. I ordered what I always order from any pizza co. Extra pepperoni, which I did receive, sausage, mushrooms, which I did NOT receive, and black olive. Bland doesn’t do the pizza justice, there was just no taste. Even a little salt or pepper seeds would have helped. The ‘crust’ made each bite über crispy. Ordered chicken caesar salad. Got one of those multi compartment plastic dishes with lettuce, cheddar(?) cheese and a lone packet of Hidden Valley dressing. No chicken, no romaine, no croutons and no caesar dressing. Those oven cars they advertise all over TV can only be driven by over 21s. Of course our driver was 19. As we threw the whole mess away we figured the $ 32. was steep but at least we know to never buy a dominos again. I am paraplegic(in a wheelchair) and figured delivery would be wonderful. The Pizza from Mars isn’t too far. They don’t deliver but I can get there in my power chair and the excellence of their pizza makes going there worth it. Oh yes, the domino’s delivery young man was very friendly and a nice kid so we didn’t shoot the messenger. The girl on the phone was less cordial. No help with the app(which I’m trying to get off my phone) and was rushed about everything,(It was a Sat. night, though so she probably was rushed) A few days after posting this review, the specific Dominos, as a way of acknowledging my complaint I suppose, sent a note with a website to go to. Go there and find an information form, quite lengthy, to fill in re: all sorts of personal information. I didn’t fill it out. Can’t think of a reason to do so. I file a complaint so their answer is to request my personal information. Not this time.

I received a coupon in the mail for a free pizza for being a loyal customer to this particular location and I received immediate attitude and poor service as I told the lady I had the coupon on the phone and when I went to pick it up. Also I was ignored when I wanted some ranch. Pretty let down by their performance tonight. Don’t know if I’ll be going back there.

So I ordered the over the phone last night at midnight and I asked for FIREHOTWINGSWITHFIRESAUCE so it cost me $ 11 for 14 pieces. So I went back to my friends house and we opened the box and it was PLAIN and nasty… How can you seriously mess up a order when you even repeated the order back to me… I wish I can get my money back.

We called since it was the closest and ordered a extra large pizza with chicken and ham with bbq sauce. The lady that took the order seemed like she hated her job and said I had to do a delivery wince they had construction going on. When I get there, they are doing no construction just cleaning up. I went to pay for my pizza which was supposed to be 13. xx I added a 2L. When they ring me up she says they made it a Brooklin pizza anyway and now I owe 20. xx I’m tired so I said whatever and just pay it. Now that I’m home I opened it and it’s super dry barely any sauce and still half way cooked. Well that’s 20 $ in the trash. Won’t be back

Everything about my experience here was wonderful… besides the most important part! My sandwich was completely burnt and I didn’t even open it until my driver had left! Very disappointed :/

Usually I would never rate a fast food place or delivery service. Especially this specific location because I have been getting delivery here for the past 15 years, and the service always varies. However a few months ago my brother passed away and my father went into a nursing home leaving me at home alone with no one to cook for. Since I don’t like to cook for one I frequent this location and get delivery at least once a week if not more. I usually have the same driver, Russell. He always makes sure he brings whatever sauces I request, he’s very quiet because he enters the neighborhood late at night when I got off work. He’s very respectful and I tip them well for his service. Tonight my driver was not Russell. Tonight my driver was awful, he pulled up to my house and when I walked outside he pulled away, then he made a U-turn and came back to pull in my neighbors driveway to then back up and pull into my driveway. The whole time he had his music blaring and he was driving a car with a loud exhaust. He didn’t have my hot sauce that I had paid for, he had to go back to the car to get the credit card receipt for me to sign, it was just all-around awful. He didn’t offer to go back and get my sauce he just apologized and said that it didn’t say hot sauce, even though I could clearly read on the box that I had paid for a hot sauce. I went inside put my food down called and complained and decided I just wasn’t going to eat because I was frustrated and didn’t have what I wanted. About 30 minutes later there is a knock on my door, it is late night so I was skeptical about opening the door, but I did. Much to my surprise it was my usual delivery driver Russell! He heard about my awful service tonight and wanted to make it up. Not only did he bring the hot sauce I was missing but he brought some extra in case they ever forget again and he even brought me a cookie. Not only did he make my night, but he also ensured that I remain a customer for life!

First off I have been ordering from this place since I moved into my house in 2011. Tonight I ordered a sand which and boneless buffalo wings. Long story short there was 5 boneless microscopic burnt wings in the box when I opened it up. Quality control was non existent. I hope the manager corrects this problem. Lucky for 1 star for this one as that is the lowest rating I could giv for his sorry a$$ service.

I order from here regularly and they always get my order right. Delivery drivers are always pleasant, professional and on time. I don’t understand the negative reviews… seriously…this Dominos shop is one of the best.

I hadn’t had Domino’s in years but found it open on Christmas Eve. The menu has expanded since I used to order delivery. The prices have raised since I ate their pizza previously, but the service was outstanding. There were several groups ordering food, but the employee gave each group equal attention. He also was very pleasant considering the late hour on an upcoming holiday. The large pizza was more than enough for two people with leftovers. It was standard pizza, but I would recommend this location based on the service.

Well I orderd on-line from this location. Promo was order online all pizzas 50%. Awesome deal right, so we orderd 4 larges. Pizza was done and delivered in a well decent time therefore the 2 stars. But as for the pizzas it was horrible. Pizzas held up to the promo we got 50% pizzas. Three of the 4 had no cheese and imagine we ordered Lite sauce. So we had tinted red bread with a few toppings. All crust were dry, hard and burnt. Worst pizza I ever experienced. But I guess you could say it met up with the promo always gotta read the fine print. Lol all you can do.

I order from this location quite often. I ordered tonight and got a terrible pizza. Apparently there was a ½ off Sale. I didn’t know about the sale because we use the app and it didn’t shoe the special. I paid full price and got a terrible pizza. One of the pizzas basically didn’t have any cheese. The other was barely cooked. The pizza is cold and nasty. I guess Domino’s forgot there are other pizza places. Oh yeah it took over an hour to get the pizza.

Ordering online was a breeze. The kids loved watching the tracker to see where in the process our order was. It was delivered right on time and the delivery guy was friendly and courteous. The pizza was good, the stuffed cheesy bread was delish, but the brownie cookie was fabulously yummy. No left overs at all. For the price it did not disappoint.

Today Saturday, October 3, 2015 I place an order at 10:30 and it will be delivered in 15 to 20 mins, it’s 11:40 in at the website said that the driver already drop off the order, but I’m still waiting. I Didn’t have no problem last time I placed an order last Friday night. I called at 11:30 to the restaurant and the manager Rene told me it can take 20 more minutes for the driver to deliver my order. I think this is unacceptable ‚ Not even sorry or a call saying its going to take a lil bit longer . Driver just showed up at 11:50. To complete my review my order was all wrong. I wish I could give this place a 0. They always provide the worst service. Your meal is either wrong or just pathetically made. I recommend firing everybody and just starting fresh… Every other order is horrible, but I guess I’m the dumb one because I keep ordering. But needless to say, on a everyday basis their performance is horrible. Had to edit to warn you about the cold raw chicken wings. Thank you Dominos, I needed that. Never again

Poor customer service from Alison. Called for delivery since I’m sick and don’t feel like cooking for my family. Alison answered and first asked if I was paying with my credit card or my parent’s card… Haha what!?! Ok, then she got really rude when I asked prices on certain items. Like extremely irritated with me. I guess I was taking up her precious time. Anyway, she passed me on to a young man who was super nice and helpful. I think he could tell she was unnecessary rude. So 5 stars for that guy(should have gotten his name), so it balances out to 3 stars over all ;) Ok, little update: My delivery got here faster than expected and the guy was SO nice! Makes up for my previous experience!

Mixed review. Got a pizza for free with a coupon that came to my house. A really good coupon actually for any size, any toppings, no purchase necessary. I live right next to them too. So swung buy, skipping the delivery charge. This was the first time I ever came to this location, and years since I’ve even had Dominos. When first entering I was surprised at how nice and modern it was inside. They had a cool chalk board wall, nice booth seating, a fancy coca cola fridge, a mounted tv. Nice layout with glass separating the kitchen counter so you can see them making pizza. It was nice Customer service was slightly robotic. Came in, young man making pizza said to the back, «carry out», but said nothing to me and continued making pizza. Stood at the register for about 2 minutes when someone came and got my pizza, etc. Would never complain about service like that but I would also never boast about it either. As for the pizza, for being free, it was two thumbs up. But in general it was ok. Thought the veggie toppings I got was a little skimpy. Since my coupon came with unlimited toppings I shoulda just got double of everything if I knew it was gonna be like that. I looked up the price online to see what I would have paid. It would have been around $ 15ish. So it was fairly cheap normally but just average. I admit my taste buds are spoiled ever since I started Unilocaling and embracing my inner foodie, lol! But if I were going to throw a kids party or similar event I would opt for Dominos, but for my personal tastes probably not. I may come again and try some other options. When you check in you get a free chocolate lava cake, so I’ll be coming back for that for sure!(I love anything chocolate)

I am very disappointed. I left them a site review about the last time that I ordered from them, and I haven’t heard back from them at all. That time the pizza was BURNT. The first time they pissed me off was when I ordered their largest size order of bbq wings which is like 45 bucks! The wings came with nearly NOSAUCE on them! it was like a squirt bottle was just passed over the wings like mop and glo on a floor. This time not only was it burnt but it was COLDANDBURNT! I will include a photo, it looks like the pizza might have been dropped on the floor or something and they must have thrown it right back in the box. The middle section of the pizza had to have been just a big air bubble because the crust was separated piece like cardboard. I can’t even describe it. I’m pissed. That’s three times I have been disappointed by this place, and damn it I want my 150 or so dollars back! This is BS. I ordered again and again because I used to be an assistant manager of a pizza place and sometimes theres a careless person working that night, cooking or delivering, so it’s not the chain’s fault, but in this case it’s obvious that they need new management or to be pulled from the dominos brand name!
