Second time here and will not be returning based solely on customer service. The first time the service was average, but today was the worst. I walked into the store to pick up items, the man in the back looked at me and continued his work. No big deal, maybe he needs to finish. Five minutes later I’m still waiting as another customer walks in. A few minutes later a female employees whether the two seem to have some sort of argument, and the other customer says «Hello»? The gentleman finally come to the front and takes my ticket. No sorry, no hello, actually no verbal exchange whatsoever. Simply took my card for payment, handed me the receipt to sign and that was it. Not even a thank you!

My first experience coming here was awful. I needed 5 things cleaned, one needed repair, one needed to be cleaned and needed lint removed, and the other 3 just needed to be cleaned. When I came to pick them up, 2 of the things still had stains on them, the top with the lint remained the same. I’m a very quiet person but was very upset that I wasted 40 dollars so I asked if anything could be done and got yelled at by an angry Asian man. This place ruined about a good hour of my day and also ruined clothes that could have been washed better in my broken washing machine. The whole point of dry cleaning is to be able to have your clothes for a long time in good condition. Now I’m out $ 150 in dress shirts and jacket. The job seemed simple enough !

If I could leave a comment without reviewing with a star I would! I took my wedding dress in to be pressed only. My wedding is this weekend so I just wanted to press the train. Anyway, they quote me $ 85! After I gasped at their cost, they reduced it to $ 70. Still outrageous but agreed. As soon as I left I started feeling uncomfortable about the whole situation. I decided to call and tell them I would pick up the dress in 10 min, that I had decided to press it myself. The «gentleman» then hung up on me. Afraid that they would damage my dress because they were pissed they no longer had my business, I decided to head straight over to pick it up. Once I arrived, he removed the cleaners tag and shoved my dress (which I had in a large flat box) across the counter to me and walked away without a word. It was insane how rude he was, especially given the number of competitors in the area. Terrible service and I didn’t even get as far as having an cleaning actually done there. I of course inspected my dress before leaving and thankfully no noticeable damage to report. Don’t waste your time or money with this place.

If I could remove the one star, it would make this rating complete.

Paid nearly $ 70 in dry cleaning. Started wearing my clothes and noticed 4 days after pickup my zipper had been broken. I went back to inform them, and the guy who was in charge barely spoke full english (no offense). This turned into a English arguing battle until another rep came who spoke better english. Instead of just fixing the issue, he pointed out that there were stains on my pants (that they did not clean). After noticing that, I simply grabbed my pants and I will refuse to ever come here again.
I have never spent this much time on a review but I want my city to know.
AVOID THIS DRY CLEANER AT ALL COST!
If you pay for a service you would expect results. All I got was dirty pants and broken zipper.

I noticed on my bill an ESC charge and the frontman told me «I don’t know, energy» that’s all he said. He was very rude when I dropped off my clothes and when I picked them up.
Not cheap at all as one Reviewer commented but that was back in 2010.

Positively the worst dry cleaner you will ever experience. The staff is rude beyond belief. Not to mention they are the absolute slowest. Often, they try to push out pick up 3 or even 4 days after drop off. It’s shocking this place is still in business.

I’ve utilized their services several times because they are the closest dry cleaner to my house. Honestly, the worst dry cleaning experience you’ll ever have. Everyone on the staff BARELY speaks English. They advertise «same day» service in their front window, but every time I’ve asked for even just NEXT day services I’ve been met with dirty looks and eye rolls (not to mention extra fees). This most recent visit was the final straw; they returned a pair of my slacks to me with a stain on them that was not there when I dropped them off.

best dry cleaners i’ve been to yet! cheaper than most and you can pretty much get your order the next day. the woman that works here is so nice and she remembers you the first time back. also it’s priced lower than other cleaners i’ve been too. another plus is it’s a small local business so i like supporting them. would recommend them to anyone.
