Alejandra was slow, she had an attitude where you wanted to punch her in the throat, Aside from that gargoyle, the French toast was shit! It taste like bricks. And my water taste like bath water. If I could do negative stars I would. I will never go back to this IHOP

Anna is a Great Server! ! The Caramel bon bon pancakes are INCREDIBLE. The cooks get my crisp hash browns right, and eggs are tender and flavorful. One of the only warm restaurants we have been to this winter, and it is Cold this winter!

5 stars just for being open for us and allowing us to spend our Christmas breakfast with the IHOP family. Best for the remainder and upcoming new year.

Anna S. was our server today. She was fantastic! Very attentive to our kids and following up with us throughout our dining experience. The coffee was so good and we loved the different creamer choices! She also offered a fresh beverage togo, we were very pleased. We will definitely be back and hope to see her again. Thanks Anna!

Ordered takeout on a Sunday with the intent of being happy and full because I love breakfast. Man was I pissed. Medium rare steak was black and blue. Girlfriend didn’t mind though because she’s a carnivore. Crispy waffles came out soggy like spongecake. Full orders of hash browns came in halves and strawberries on the side was nonexistent. Room mate and I have sworn off IHOP or at least at this specific location.

Our waitress Cathy was AWESOME! The food was good but I could hear her in the kitchen asking for my order over and over again. They were out of coffee also, so that took awhile to make, but she continued to communicate with us the entire time. I noticed a lot of guests frustrated with how long food was taking but I did not have to wait long thanks to her persistence.
Restaurants get busy and there are factors out of your control, but a lot of tables were open and a lot of staff looked like they had nothing to do. So I don’t think this was one of those occasions.
Management was SITTING in the lobby chatting about things that could have waited. The host was not comfortable performing his job duties, which looked to me was due to a lack of training and support. Another waiter walked around the restaurant chewing his food with an open mouth and actually approached management while doing this. I heard a lot of employees being scorned but did not see any of them or the guests receive any help.

For a fast food chain the food was so so. Our waitress was nice and friendly enough, but other than taking our food order and delivering it she didn’t check on us at all. The reason for the low rating is that it took 50 minutes to receive our food. It was only after calling attention to how long it was taking that our food arrived within 10 minutes. We had a large party (12). Regardless, 50 minutes is ridiculous for what is supposed to be fast service. No explanation was given to us about the tardiness. We received no compensation or acknowledgement from the manager about how late the food was and he even came out with the waitress to deliver the food.

It was edible, but just barely. I thought this place would be at least a step up from Denny’s but apparently my expectations are just too high. The mushroom spinach omelette was gross. Cheese tastes like plastic. «Eggs», or whatever kind of egg-​like substitute they use, were dry and spongy. Pancakes were pasty and stuck to the roof of your mouth. Hollandaise tasted like chemicals. There were splatters of the syrups on the wall. The front entrance smelled like sewer– they must have backed up pipes or something. Gross! The staff was very nice though.

This Location gets one star because the crepes and bacon were good and one star because our server was nice and attentive, but, I’m afraid I cannot give more then two stars for two reasons. 1) There were some mysterious green dots throughout my scrambled eggs. I could not get past it and left them untouched. 2) Now this is my biggest pet peeve when dining out… A minute or so after our food arrived, we were suddenly hit by a strong smell of cleansers! It was so overwhelming and ruined our meal! It was so strong, you could actually taste it! I turned my head to see that an employee was mopping right next to us. This is not okay!!! We will never return and are looking into Osha policies and ServSafe standards to see if this is something they can get in trouble for as I remember at Olive Garden and four seasons, we were forbidden to use chemicals and/​or mop around eating guests.

Good service, kind of packed but that’s typical of a Sunday afternoon.
I recommend the fall special pumpkin pancakes; they were delicious.

Love the servers here, the friendly greetings, and how they treated us, very attentive. It was our second time here in two yrs and we Loved the food and the environment it was a great turnout, Thankz Again!

The classic breakfast crepes i ordered were disgusting. The dish was so salty i couldnt eat it, the sauce tasted off. I feel a tad nauseas after eating 3 bites. I ate the toast that came with my grandmothers combo instead of trying to stomach more of the crepes.
The sauce was truly that terrible.
I sent these back to the kitchen. This is the first time i have ever had to send a meal back to the kitchen in my life, these were so disgusting.
Dont order these.

Service was slow but the food and Valerie were great.
Jessica at the front however; was unfriendly and unwelcoming. Also the high chair was dirty.

Usually Ihops have good costumer service. This one on the other hand doesn’t. I love IHOP food but I don’t think it’s nice that when you sit someone outside (especially if there’s only two other tables with people on them) you leave them and don’t come back to check on them until
31 mins later. The you take the order and don’t bring the food put until another 35 mins later. Yes I counted. And the worst was the waiter probably didn’t even realize it and didn’t give a discount or ask how they could make it better. They’re lucky my husband paid and gave a 10% tip because I was about to leave the 0 for the score of effort they did for us.

My son took me to breakfast here a couple months ago. I likes the place and he bought. Although I wanted to give it an extra star for the fact HE paid, I didn’t think that would be a fair assessment.
The place was clean, the young waitress attentive and prompt, and the food was go good to go (hard to screw up a breakfast plate). I’d eat here again, if he was flying and buying.

My son and I come here once every week or two before school. My son loves IHOP and it’s not my favorite but the service during the week is outstanding. We are in and out within 30 minutes. Our waitress Tayler G. Is always very polite and accommodating. She always makes sure my son is taken care of and she knows what he wants and the way he likes his food. Taylor always has a smile on her face and is very pleasant. We come to IHOP as it is close and convenient. I would recommend this restaurant.

Pretty typical for a breakfast restaurant chain. Got seated right away, it was just my daughter and I. Server was nice. Never got his name. His badge was always flipped over. My daughter ordered the banana cream waffle and I ordered the basic breakfast plate. 2 eggs, 4 bacon and hashbrowns. I added a strawberry & cream cheese croissant. The food came out quick and was actually pretty good. It was a fairly busy place on a Sunday morning. I would come back again.

We love coming here. Great place for kids. My 4 year old has so much fun with the create a face pancakes. The salads are delicious and you never go wrong with the garden omelet!

Awful. Like my tip said, I don’t know why I decided to give this place another chance but it was convenient at the time and my friends and I were hungry. Last night was a bit busier than the last time I went, the awkward hostess just started walking away and we realized that meant she wanted us to follow her to our booth. What was that God awful smell. I swear we walked past a wall to get to our booth and it reeked of urine. The whole restaurant smelled like the toilets exploded. I had to use the bathroom as soon as we got seated. Luckily there was a caution wet floor sign but the floor in the restroom was like walking on the your lane at the bowling alley.
I had a headache and the terrible smell was not helping in the least bit. I’m not usually so whiney but seriously… ew and our server took about 7 minutes to even let us know she would be getting our drinks. We ended up leaving before she took our drink order because it just was not worth it.
Walking outside was like escaping sewer prison, fresh air!
Do not waste your time at this location it’s dreadful.

Patio is pet friendly! Yay! Bella (on her last day with us :() loved having bfast!
The harvest grain pancakes are super tasty.
