0 star but Unilocal requires to leave at least 1 star, they took an 1hr40 min to deliver an order. Which sucks, I worked a 12 hr crazy long shift and just wanted to go home eat, relax watch tv but these people are done heads who half ass their job. The manager Ashley sucks too and gives attitude.

I love this place. We only have ordered three times, but all three times its been super. I love love the chocolate brownie. Pizza crust is great original and thin crust. Delivery is good timing too.

So far always great pizzas! Crust is awesome and the cheese and sauce is a great balance. The giant chocolate chip cookie is amazing! When you get it the cookie is still warm, it’s hard to not eat a piece of it first!!! The delivery drivers are nice the girls just love our dachshund and he loves that they are bringing pizza!

These guys don’t want or need your business. This location adds to the overall problem with the midland/odessa area which is poor service everywhere. Everyone has a bad attitude and is rude. Expect to wait an hour to two hours for your order and expect to deal with an uneducated failed adolescent with an attitude problem.

I was craving a large pepperoni pizza today so I decided to order Papa John’s for dinner. I ordered my pizza via the Papa John’s mobile app and went over to the store to pick up my carry out order. My pizza was ready on time and was fresh out of the oven. When I got home to eat a slice, my pizza was so cheesy and fresh pepperoni paired well with their garlic sauce made for a great pizza night!

Papa Johns is usually really good. I placed an order online and called 20 minutes later to check on status because there was a mess up with the email.
I was put on hold for a total of 20 minutes. Ten of them I was sitting in front of the store & saw the guy (or girl, not real sure) pick up the phone only to again say «please hold». I watched him get done with customers and still not pick up the phone.
Pretty irritating. Terrible & unprofes
