Love this place. Great food, fast service, and super clean. I usually get the number 9 which is consistent yummy. The inside of this place is so great to hang out in. Sometimes, I’ll grab a cookie and a drink and just sit outside with my squad.

Solid spot for lunch! I get the #12, it’s my favorite… the sandwiches are always fresh and so delicious. Also, every time I walk in they are so friendly, it’s so clean and it’s cheap!

I just started going to Jimmy John’s I think it is a lot cheaper than Subway. Also subs seem to taste better I’m giving it four stars because a few times they got my order wrong but they seem to fix it real quick and they’re really nice. Even though they have two types of bread I think it’s still better than Subway like I said.

Bummer. I used to come here occasionally when I was a WSU student, but I wasn’t a huge sandwich fan at the time. This location always provided a pretty decent sub though. Since working a half block away from a Jimmy John’s(not this particular location) it’s started to become one of my favorite inexpensive, quick food grabs. After swinging by here for a late lunch I will make sure to get my Jimmy John’s fix elsewhere. Friendly service, but the bread was much harder and less fresh than what I’m used to. Plus they messed up my sandwich by leaving off the onions and putting way too much mayo. I always get the Turkey Tom with no Tom — this is because you can add on some extra deliciousness compared to just getting the plain slim. Great WSU campus location, Quick/friendly service, food that was so bad I didn’t even finish half my sandwich. I repeat, bummer.

The entrance was a little awkward, but I found it in no time! Sandwiches are always fresh and well built! Service is very friendly. We frequent This Jimmy John’s often.

Called in my order at 11:59am. Waited a full half hour before calling to the store to inquire about the delay. I was told that there was a messy situation and that the driver should be to my location shortly.(Receiving a call regarding the delay would have helped quite a lot to calm my frustration.) A full 10 minutes later the driver showed up and didn’t seem to show any concern about the massive delay in the delivery of my food. In total it took just over 40 minutes before I actually took deliver of my food. I could have driven to any of the other restaurants within a few miles and had food in front of me well within that time. I think I may just do that from now on.

Never again. Ordered the Low Carb Lettuce Wrap #12 Beach Club sandwich. OK, one piece of turkey? Really? One ultra thin slice of cheese? The menu says TWICE the meat and cheese(which they charged me for). What a rip off. I will take the advice of others and visit Café Ville Bella next time I’m in the area.

This Jimmy John’s is across from a university. Next door to JJs is Café Ville Bella. Perhaps the whole arrangement is simply an IQ/entrance exam. If you choose the slap crap from the John over the beautiful bounty of Bella, you have failed on many levels.

Grand Flop’ening. How Jimmy Johns can let a small franchise open in an embattled location(most recently a closed-down Starbucks) in an struggling area of town without having the store listed and available for advance ordering on their website — as well as assuring that all the service and marketing training is running spectacularly — is a shame. I’ve been less-than-impressed with JJ’s after visiting the Layton location. Tried a new sandwich(Beach Club) today at this new location — and once again the sandwich was in my hand by the time I got my receipt. Getting a fast sandwich is nice if the quality were just a bit better(or more special or unique) and service a little more meaningful. Getting greeted when I walk in the door by a kitchen full of staff is pleasant enough, but what I’d like is bread that doesn’t make my mouth feel beat up after eating it. I also enjoy the opportunity to customize my sandwich. Even if they don’t want to be as custom-friendly as as Subway shop, why don’t they divert some of that enthusiastic«Welcome To Jimmy Johns!» into service that is meaningful, like asking if there is anything I want to add or change to my sandwich? Up-selling me cookies or chips isn’t enough. I think the regular Jimmy’s subs are more like«Where’s the Beef!»; changing up to one of the ~$ 6 «Giant Clubs» is more filling and better worth the cost. $ 6 is not a terrible price for a 8″(hardly a giant) sub sandwich, but not a great value either. Average. Given how many memorable sandwiches Chicago has given humankind, it’s a letdown that this Champaign, Illinois-founded franchise hasn’t come up with a more memorable menu. It leaves me wondering what’s so special about Jimmy John’s. Maybe I’d get persuaded back for an average lunch since I work nearby, but when I asked about a frequent visitor punch card — like the Layton JJ’s has — the woman helping me responded coldly, «We don’t have those.» I’m not seeing much of a reason to go back nor recommend anyone else do so.
