This is my favorite Subway. The staff are fast and über friendly. The food is exactly what you would think it is… It’s a Subway. The employees are what makes this a great place to grab a quick meal.

North Utica, IL
I eat here pretty regularly and have been for several years. Restaurant is clean, good food and super friendly staff. It still gets busy for lunch when the college kids are around but the line goes fairly quickly.
Staff must go through good training because even the new employees can make a pretty good sandwich and include the correct amount of meat. Someone comes out to clean tables and empty the trash often as well.

Went to this Subway today, where I am always treated great! Must have hired new people! I encountered the most rude girl I have ever been served by, I guess I was supposed to know that they were out of the bread I wanted. And when I didn’t just order one sandwich, I got a very heavy sigh, eye roll and head shake. Ridiculous. I will not be returning.
