Taco Bell

I typically use the drive thru for lunch. The other reviewers are correct in that you need to check your order before leaving. The food is correct but rarely do I get napkins, sauce, etc. I now keep a couple extra sporks in the car for when I forget to check and have nothing to eat my mashed potatoes with! I gave 3 stars because of that reason.
The food is pretty good though. It’s a fast food place and you get what you order. It’s hot and generally assembled to order. If you eat inside, the tables are clean and it’s roomy. They even have a sectioned off room for small groups.
The staff is generally always friendly. There is one stand out person though; Roxann. She’s a rock star! She’s always happy and starts the order process with a big Hello. I’ve also received hand written thank you notes in my order from her. If she’s at the window, I know my order is correct and will be served with a smile!

Service has so many issues here. Check your order before you leave the drive-​thru. Been very disappointed many times at this location. Wish corporate personnel would realize this and fix the problem.

Ok, we stopped here on our way home while on a trip. We thought that a combination KFC/​Taco Bell would give all of us a nice selection. The guy Zach who took our order was friendly enough and there seemed to be plenty of staff behind the counter and in the kitchen. While my husband waited for our food, my son and I went to find a table. Three were occupied (it was 4:59 pm). The rest of the booths and tables had left over food particles & grease from its previous guests. We finally found a high table in the back of the room that was fairly clean. My husband mentioned to Zach that there was not any clean booths or tables and while we were waiting for our food, he grabbed a rag and went around quickly to clean all of the tables in the room.
The food was ok, but I ordered the 3 pc Dip Ems and there was no sauce with them, in fact when I ordered I was not even asked if I wanted sauce. The strips were ok, but not warm enough. I had never ordered this item before so I really did not know what to expect. I will say the mashed potatoes & gravy were as good as any KFC potatoes & gravy I have ever had though. (Excellent as always)
I had also visited the ladies room to find toilet paper strung all over the floor and a sink and toilet that could have used a good cleaning. In general the whole bathroom could have stood some disinfecting. It made me wonder then how clean is the kitchen that just produced my dinner?
I made sure to keep the receipt to do the online survey, but when I went to do it, it was NOT the right copy of the receipt as there is no «survey» number on mine to enter. At the top of the receipt is says «Tell us about your visit today.
» My receipt has a Taco Bell store #27 899, address, Cashier name, time 4:59:17 pm and date (7÷5÷2014) and my order # 115 213 details. But at the bottom of the receipt it says Dine In and Order #113.
I was very disappointed in this particular dine in experience. I think the staff could use some training on cleaning. I do not think I will ever stop there again.

It’s fast food. There was nothing particularly better or worse with this location than any other. It did seem to be a high traffic store.
One great thing for travelers is that they have a fully fenced patio. It was great to take our dogs off their leases and let them run around the «yard» for a bit before getting back on the road. As we were leaving, we saw another family pull up with two dogs. I think this might be a happening spot for travelers in the know.

This seems to be the new latest trend in fast food restaurants, Take two chains and house them together in the same building. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think it’s a bad idea. My family loves KFC, I’m not a fan. I like Taco Bell… it all works out for a quick lunch.
If you’ve been to a KFC or a Taco bell you know what kind of food you are going to get. This location is located right off of I-​39 and is pretty easy to get to. I’ve been here multiple times over the years just due to the convenience of it. It can get busy during meal times due to the location next to the interstate which will cause a slow down in the service.
As for cleanliness, it’s hard to judge. Sometimes I’m in there at its great, this last time, Sunday night, it was kind of dirty and the bathroom stank like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
