So the room wasnt too bad except for the fact that we had the room right next to the lobby/staircase when an entire soccer team was checking in at midnight. You’d think that the rooms directly next to the lobby would be the last ones to be filled at any given time. The beds were comfortable with a choice fof soft or firm pillows, however the continental breakfast was absolutely attrocious. All of the little butter packets had already been previously opened and thrown back into the container they were sitting in, no butter for my english muffin… figured I would try to use peanut butter instead. The first two packets I picked up were expired, and the third was rock hard peanut butter with a thick layer of oil on the top. Decided to skip the disturbing continental breakfast and spend my money at a normal breakfast place. Thank god hotel breakfasts are free, I wouldnt have paid a penny for expired items. Better luck next time Okemos…

Very clean; décor is very pretty. Friendly staff. Free breakfast with lots of options though eggs and sausage were not very appetizing. Lots of fast food and restaurants near by, many within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Standard stuff expected in today’s hotels. Close to I –96 which does provide road noise. Lots of hot/cold breakfast options. Heating/cooling systems in rooms are not well fitted to wall and rooms are either freezing or hot with drafty issues. Bed was comfortable. Overall, this hotel gets the job done when you need to work in the area and stay overnight!
