With every trip to this restaurant, it seems like things have gotten worse and worse. Service is a miss all the time. They’re always short staffed so everything takes forever. During my last visit, we had a large group of 32. We had one waiter. ONE. That’s not fair to the poor guy who was obviously overwhelmed and it’s certainly not fair to paying customers. It took practically an hour to get an order of chicken tenders and fries. And they came out burnt and dry. It’s not like we just showed up that night. This was planned ahead of time so proper preparation should’ve been made by the restaurant to handle a big group. There were barely any other customers in the restaurant anyways so I don’t know why the other employees didn’t help out. It was Saturday night in Bricktown right before Christmas and Brix was completely deserted if that tells you anything. They had a holiday menu which had very limited choices of appetizers. I used to like coming here to watch Thunder games but the food quality has really gone downhill and I’m tired of the slow service.

I wish I could give this establishment half of a star or less honestly. I sat at an uncleaned table on Saturday with two friends in the middle of the OSU/TX game while visiting OKC this past weekend. I would imagine this is primetime business for them, especially given there was a huge concert Saturday night as well at the arena. We sat for 15 minutes before being asked if we would like some water. The waitress scurried away before we could actually order drinks. Waters showed up another 15 minutes later at which point we ordered beers and food. At this point, our table had still not been cleaned so I went and requested a rag from the bar myself. Our drinks were delivered another 20 – 30 minutes later and were incorrect. We told our server they were incorrect and she did nothing to remedy the situation. An hour into the experience, our appetizer finally comes out and another 30 minutes after that our food arrives cold and with no silverware. We waited an additional 10 minutes for silverware before going to the bar, again, and requested it for ourselves. The food was not at all good. Chicken silders were over cooked/microwaved, my friends tilapia order came out incorrect and my other friend’s pizza was undercooked. At this point, two of the tables around us had been sat, left unhelped and the patrons left the bar. Once we were able to spot our server again, we asked to speak with a manager. The gal working came over, told us they were understaffed which was obvious but offered no apology, no solution and hustled away before our waitress dropped off our full priced tab. We refused to pay but tipped our obviously overwhelmed waitress and left with the manager’s blessing. That was $ 75 lost to the business from our table alone, let alone the number of tables that sat and subsequently left. On a prime Saturday this pub was woefully underprepared and we found that the establishments next door to Brix were superior in every right from food and beverage, to service. I would highly recommend that any Bricktown visitors stay FAR away from this place. The owner really needs to come in and reevaluate the business plan and their staffing. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

Service ranks up there some if the worst I ever had. Our group vowed never to return to the BRIX!

Awful service. As a sports grill, you should be prepared for a Saturday afternoon rush in football season. We had three distinct servers over the course of an hour, because one after another was«overwhelmed». Our food arrived more than an hour after we ordered, drinks were on a twenty minute delay, and you couldn’t get silverware to save your life. F in the service category.

If I could give ½ of a star I would. Dirty tables. Twenty minutes to get our first order of drinks. An hour and a half to get our appetizer. Our lunch never even showed up. At least they comped most of the bill(drinks that took 20 minutes each to get), but the service was atrocious and the food was mediocre. This place shouldn’t even be in business.

This is a sorry excuse for a sports bar with awful service. We asked 3 times for a primetime network game to be put on one tv in a sparsely populated bar. Apparently, by the staff’s attitude, that was too much to ask so we left after 25 minutes of patiently waiting(we missed the entire first quarter). Come to TapWerks instead. Better beer and outstanding service.

Went there over the weekend before a concert and the service was HORRIBLE… When we first sat down the waitress took our orders and drink orders… We didnt see her for awhile and she returned with one cocktail and asked what the rest of the table ordered again? She did the same things with our food orders. The food was actually pretty good but we had to flag a manager down to get our tickets because our waitress never returned to check on us. Im sure this is a great place to watch a game but don’t go here for good service.

Went on a very slow week night. Service was good. Great TV viewing. Had the Brix bacon burger with grilled veggies. Burger was good but not great. Bacon was over cooked but not burnt. Tasted good. Veggies were OK. Seemed like a nice place but not super great. This was first visit and will probably be back if I visit OKC again.

This is a sports bar that serves some food. Typical bar fare. Service is fine and the amount of large-screen Tvs allow for ample sports watching. They also have some stadium/movie seating chairs. Food is adequate, though not gourmet, and the beer and margaritas flow freely.

I’m in town once a year and this is my first stop. Southwest Chicken Wrap and a margarita. Yum.

Bad service and very nasty. Just saw a guy puke and they let it set in the floor for five minutes and people had to step over it!!! They never even used a mop to clean it up! Horrible! Also, I’ve been waiting over 40 minutes for my food and its still not here! Quesadillas got here cold and had to send them back!

I went with a group of friends on a Friday night, and it was not busy at all. I think there was only 1 other group in there with us. The place looked really nice however with movie theater-like seats and a large TV. I ordered the BRiX bacon burger, and it was absolutely huge! I was able to share it with one of my friends. I also ordered the Hamilton as my drink(if I remember the name correctly). It was really good! I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews on this place because I had a pleasantly good time here(with the exception that the service was a little bit slow for a place so empty).

This place is lame. I came in town from Dallas and my family had coupons for this spot. We walked in and the very few patrons were talking softly as if we were in a library and not a sports bar. Booo thumbs down! We left.

Showed up here tonight with a big group to play trivia, eat and drink. First I was impressed with the place and how we had an entire area to ourselves. That’s where it ended for me. 45 minutes after we got there, we finally had to track down the waitress and ask her to take our order cause we were starving. 15 minutes later, I had to remind her to bring our my salad before my meal. 25 after I got my salad(which was actually pretty good) we got our meals. My philly cheesesteak was sub par. The bacon cheeseburger was pretty decent. We also got a triple chocolate cake that was dry and freezer burnt. We could never find our waitress for refills, napkins or anything until it got to the point where it was like«screw it. guess my saliva will do for rinsing out my mouth and cleaning off my fingers». She might have been the only waitress there but our group had made this reservation days ago so it isn’t our fault the restaurant didn’t staff itself appropriately. I will go back for trivia. I WILLNOT eat there again.

This place sucks. It is in a smaller space, tries to be everything so ends up being nothing. Some couches, a few pool tables, some alright TV’s, and a bar that is far too small for what this place claims to be(sports bar). The thing is, if they had twice the space, they could do what they are trying to do and it would work much better. But they don’t and the food is average so to hell with them. Qualifier: I went there on what some might consider a big game night. This might be a nice place on a dead night but if we’re to be honest about it, only lonely drunks frequent sports bars on dead nights. To be a solid joint, a sports bar needs to be able to hold the line on the night’s when big games are on and this place doesn’t do it. P. S.WTF kind of sports bar doesn’t show what could have been the final game of the Stanley Cup Playoffs? Really? REALLY??? Not one single TV in the entire place? You’re telling me that you would rather watch the golf channel and re-runs of basketball highlights than high flying, final round, elimination game, play-off hockey? Unacceptable.

Four words to describe this place… THEULTIMATEMANCAVE! My boyfriend and I were in Oklahoma City, OK last weekend to watch their NBA team, the Thunder play. Even though the two of us already ate 2 hot dogs, 2 nachos, and 2 beers each at the game alone, being the hungry pigs that we are, we both decided we were still hungry so we asked our valet guy where a fun place to eat in OKC would be and he suggested Brix. I was so happy he suggested us this place for these following reasons: 1) Being the girly girl that I am, wore 4 inch stilettos to the game then my feet started hurting a little bit thus when we walked into this sports bar, I was TOOHAPPY to see there were huge sofa chairs instead of regular table chairs in front of their huge flatscreen and when I mean huge, I mean it was over 100 inch flatscreen! But my point is that I was able to take my heels off and get very comfy to eat some good food! 2) This place is a contemporary restaurant and sports lounge that features a large dining room, cozy lounge area, indoor/outdoor patio and more than 30 flat screen televisions! 3) We ordered their the brix sampler which was a combination of Smackers, Pretzels, Buffalo Wings and Fried Pickles! This was my first time trying fried pickles and I highly approve! We also ordered their their pepperoni pizza which was pretty devine and it was a pizza! They use wheat crust which is my favorite on a pizza thus the reason this carblicious food was that freaking good! I would love to come back here next time I am in the OKC area!

Every time I go here, its never busy. Food is good, drinks are good. Service is lacking. Maybe they cut servers because its not busy? Either way, its got good potential with their huge screen tvs and nice seating, good idea.

This place is a very nice sports bar. They have lots of tv and leather stadium seats in front of a huge projecton screen. The bartener, Brooke was extremely nice and made good drinks. It is very clean and the food looked good. If you are looking for a place to watch any sporting event, this is definitely a great choice.

This is a Man Cave, if I ever saw one. The two rows of stadium seating, the XXXXL screens for viewing sports. I don’t know if there’s a better location to watch college football. Rather impressive atmosphere for the sports junkie in OKC. The food and service were fine. No unusual delays in getting our food or from the server, if anything further was needed.

To my knowledge, this restaurant just opened on Sheridan. Not sure what was there before but this is a great space. The overall design of this sports bar was done well. The large projection screen was very crisp and clear to the comfortable leather seats(single) that are gathered right in front of the screen gives it a nice movie./home theater environment. The beers on tap were ok. I would eventually like to see more options. The food was good. Everyone else(my colleagues) had burgers and steaks while I had a chicken salad. Very good and prepared the way I asked. Our waitress was from Michigan and she fit into the bar atmosphere quite well. I hope to go back to this place to hang out in the near future.
