Horrible customer service. Ice maker broke and still under warranty. They can not come out for a week and a half on a Saturday. The tech will call me when he will be heading to my home. On the Saturday I heard nothing. Finally talked to them on Wednesday and they said we were never on the schedule and they do not do work on Saturday. We gave them the name of the person and they still did not care. We are scheduled for tomorrow between 1 – 5. Of course they did not ask if we can do that so we informed them we work and this would not work for us. The nice lady then informed us that either they do it then or they would not fix it at all. I will never do business with this place again. Once you buy it and leave you are now a burden and not a customer.

I have done business with this company for the last 5 + years and have not had any problems with their customer service department until now. I have two payments left on my account and I will not do business with them ever again once it is paid off. I have been pretty current with my payments but there has been a time or two when I had to make my payment a few days late, but never more than 30 days. In the past, if I needed to be late on my payment, I could give them a call with a date and how the payment would be made and they would stop calling me. Apparently, they have hired a 3rd party collection company and they are awful!!! Even though I have given them a payment date for this month they still continue to call at least 20 times a day and now they have resorted to calling my mother. How they got her number I do not know because I did not list her on the account. They are calling her several times a day as well. My husband talked to them yesterday and told them to remove her number from the account and they were still calling her today. I have called the store to talk to the manager on duty to get the number to the corporate office to file a complaint and was told that he was busy and would need to call me back. I left my name & number and have not heard back from him as of yet. My next stop is the attorney general’s office to file a harassment complaint with them. I am so done with this company. I don’t care that they raised my credit limit to $ 7000, I will not purchase another thing until they fix their customer service.

Service is horrible! Bought a dryer. Driver said he would report problem we were having and we would hear back. He never reported. Everyone checks«with corporate.» Wanted to send a technician out for a new dryer. Nope! Get another dryer. Plus, delivery guy hung up on us. Nice! When Discover got wind of it, boom, Conn’s was on it! Conn’s = cons
