Paid with love! Had the Manager in tears along with us. Glad we shared this special family moment with her! Great location, friendly staff, very clean and well kept, plenty of open seating, and admired the modern setup. Conveniently has a a RedBox outside the front doors as well.

Very well ran location. There is so many customer service reps with someone manning each station. They move quickly and the establishment is super clean. I was on a road trip cross country so I appreciate the quick service

You know what you are getting at McDonalds. Cheap food, quickly, with no hassle. Right? Wrong. As a rare McDonalds guest, trust me when I tell you that I was desperate for a super fast lunch something and they happened to be one of the only options around. I pulled through the double drive-thru, ordered my meager grilled chicken sandwich, paid my $ 4.17(yikes! by the way), and waited in line. 3 minutes later, I was at the window and told to pull up and wait for my singular sandwich to be brought to me. 7 minutes later, I walked into the store. Having worked in food service with a drive-thru, let me tell you; neither the customer nor the employee is happy about having to wait so long for something that it requires you to pull up. It’s easy to forget about the customer, the customer has no way of checking in without appearing to be a not-nice-person, and it’s relatively unacceptable in fast food unless your order is a special order on your part(fries, no salt). So I’m understanding. And nice. And generally forgiving. Then I had to wait another 2 minutes for my sandwich. Did I mention I was strapped for time? When I finally received my sandwich, it came with no apologies, no explanation, and no eye contact. I scarfed it down, hurried on my way, and promised to never return. Even for one with low expectations going in, this place will lower the bar.
