I give this Starbucks 5 stars because the staff is always great and even when the lines are long I seem to get through it really fast! Great service!

This is still my favorite Starbucks because they make drinks just as I order them and the food is always fresh. They just remodeled 2 months ago and the inside looks beautiful. They have a overhang built on the outside which allows their customers to enjoy their orders sitting under a nice shade. Drive thru is normally congested so I wouldn’t use it from 8 to 9 am and 11 – 12:30 pm. Their is plenty of parking so I would park and walk-in. Staff is very friendly and the dining area is worth the walk. I would highly recommend this location.

Okay, I’m not a fan of the tall, small sizes. Lets just put it out there. I want a medium chai tea and I don’t know if that is a tall or a small in Starbucks speak. But let me tell you what I do like about this location and this chain. They offer a variety of items and this staff really tries to please everyone that walks in their door. Any time I’ve been here, which is often, I’ve been greeted with a smile and great service. The best part of one of my last visits here was when my barista wrote my name wrong on my cup — that’s right … the wrong name. Why you ask? Because instead of Kim — he put ‘young lady’. Wow. Coming from a 40-something OKC girl — THANKYOU! That sweet comment made my week, my month, my year.

Seriously Starbucks, why art thou sucketh so much? All I want is a good cup of coffee. This seems to be an impossibility for a company that is insistent on serving me a cup of foamy, sugar-filled grande caramel-latte-macchiato-java chip-smurfette wearing a ribbon crunch-minion loving banana flavored-frappuccino-like blended crème, or whatever you call it. Just a good cup of coffee please. Not a cold cup. Not a day-old cup. Not a bitter cup. When I would choose McDonald’s coffee over yours every day of the week and twice on Sunday this should be a clue to you that you need to go back to the basics. Seriously, it was a pretty bad cup of coffee. Have you gotten that sense yet? I guess next time I have to get an Americano, because Starbucks and coffee are ironically mutually-exclusive terms. Ouch. On another happier note, those petite vanilla bean scones were mighty tasty! I am sort of afraid to ask how many calories and how much sugar those had.

I went to this location the other day and they were so fast! We ordered 5 drinks, and we were in and out of there in about 5 minutes. All the drinks were also made correctly.(That’s pretty rare where I usually go.) It’s a typical Starbucks, but if you want to get a good coffee, tea, or pastry in a short amount of time this is a good place.

I live in Dallas, but I visit this location often when in OKC since it is close to where I stay. Went to this location on a morning that wasn’t very busy. I ordered 3 drinks. A CPL, an unsweetened green tea with a splash of lemonade, and a double tall hazelnut latte. When I ordered the green tea the guy argued with me that I didn’t want a green tea with a splash of lemonade, and that I wanted a green tea lemonade. I assured him that is not what I wanted as he continued to tell me that is what I wanted. He then turned to the barista and explained what I wanted and said«I tried to tell her a green tea lemonade would be easier.» This was not friendly banter of trying to inform me that they actually have green tea lemonade. I’m well aware. It’s too sweet for me. My double tall hazelnut latte came out as a double tall latte, even though hazelnut was written on it. I’m sure many people go to different Starbucks and don’t frequent the same location all the time but I’ve never been treated so poorly at a Starbucks ESPECIALLY when it wasn’t busy.

I stop at this location on the way to work. Great service, but it is so much faster to run inside rather than wait in the drive through. Great breakfast and they consistently get my coffee order right!

Coffee is great and customer service is fantastic BUT the drive thru design and layout at this location is inadequate! This Starbucks is extremely popular and at any given time of the day, there are frequently lines all the way out into the street and backing up into the parking lot. It’s really a problem for traffic and for customers! If there’s a different Starbucks along your route, you’ll probably get in and out of that location faster!

This Starbucks is not one of my favorites. The morning staff is slow and have a tendency to ignore customers for a few minutes; allowing the line to get quite long. I’d recommend finding a different one, but Starbucks are far and few between in OKC.

Every Starbucks tastes the same, so I choose which ones I go to based on customer service. And as Starbucks go, this is a great one! The staff is always friendly, and the one time(out of many) that they got my order wrong they gave it to me for free. Can’t beat that!

It was a rare, warm day in January that found me in need of a destination. Why? I wanted to ride my motorcycle, but being of the INTJ personality type, I can’t just go nowhere for no reason. So I found this Starbucks and took the scenic route. It’s pretty much like other Starbucks, but it’s location offers me a scenic drive through cow country coming from Piedmont. It was a nice day to sit on the patio and have a café mocha, and the friendly staff quickly provided me one. Nice day, nice location, great coffee — it’s on my list for the next warm day we get.

There are no locally owned coffee joints close to me, but this Starbucks is close to my house and they ALWAYS get my order spot on. I never have time to lounge around in one, but the staff are very welcoming and friendly and I would hang out there for hours if I could. Great location but parking lot is a little tight and when the drive through is hopping it makes getting in and out a little tricky. I have to give a big LIKE to their new blonde roast which is mellow, tasty and is my new favorite base for the ol’ soy Misto.

Even though I prefer to frequent small, locally-owned businesses, this Starbucks gets five stars because it totally earns them. It’s always clean, the green tea lattes are consistently good, the staff is always friendly and make helpful suggestions(as well as remember my preferences), the hours are convenient, they offer wi-fi(free for two hours per day with a registered Starbucks card), and the location is easily accessible. There’s ample, comfy indoor seating and, in the summer, outside seating as well. I’m sometimes here twice a day. If they offered food(other than pastries and oatmeal), I’d probably set up a cot in the back.
