Shrimp were good. Soup was horrible I mean lilt terrible. Really terrible. Potato soup was gross. Pasta was ok. Wings had feathers.

This is my favorite outback. The steak here is good quality and not expensive since you get 2 sides. The honey butters the best to order for the bread. I usually get a victorias filet. The servers are very friendly.

We come here a few times per year usually for our teenager’s birthdays. Solid service, consistent quality. Our son loves the wings and blooming onion(of course)! We usually order ribs or a burger but for steak I would go somewhere else. Overall its on the higher end for a large chain restaurant.

Just came here for their delicious ribeye steak and bloomin onion. My boyfriend and I had a great time. Jeff was our server and he was great, any question we had he explained to us very well. Definitely will be back for the food and for the great service.

Upon entering the restaurant, we were not greeted. I stood at the podium waiting for someone to acknowledge me. No smiles, no greetings, nothing. My server was ok, but she took too long to bring bread and there were long gaps in between where she was MIA. The wallaby darned I ordered was COMPLETELY watered down– I sent it back and opted for water instead. My plate had remnants of other food on it(I ordered aussie fries and a Victoria filet. There were crumbs and macaroni on the plate). The aussie fries were soggy and they slapped a blob of cheese was on the side of the plate, away from the fries. I got no ranch, no bacon, no chives. The cup my water came in was dirty. The fork was sticky. YUCK experience at this restaurant. I will NEVER go back, am very disappointed at the service here. I would have overlooked the issues with the food if the employees were friendly. At the end, we ordered dessert and she forgot to add it to the bill, despite the crappy service/quality of the food I told her to add the desserts to the bill. No goodbyes from anyone as we left. Every single employee that I encountered at this restaurant acts as if they have lost the will to live and are unhappy to be there. This is a stark contrast to all the other Outbacks I have visited.

Service was good but the food was horrible. Atmosphere was terrible as well. Kids running all over the place screaming their heads off. Food was super greasy and the steak was like rubber. My family and I will not be returning.

This actually a good branch of outback statehouse. I prefer it over the one in Edison(US1).

Father’s Day dinner. Sesame salad with grilled chicken very tasty and plenty. Surf and turf was nicely made and so was the porter house looked great, however the mixed veggies could have been more then broccoli. Very pleasant and accommodating service. 4:30 perfect time on Friday, no wait. The only reason it’s not 5 stars, I’m not a steak person. Our server Jeff, was very personable and had great suggestions for my parents.

I give this place two thumbs-up. Very clean. The staff were very very nice. The food was excellent.. The bathroom was extremely clean. I wish Staten Island was this clean.

The steak quality is always top notch here– I had the new 22oz rib eye and loved every second. I get my steaks medium rare and many restaurants cannot get it right– Outback had not failed to cook my steak perfectly. The chicken wings app is great quality and can be a whole meal in itself. Their signature blooming onion is delicious but incredibly bad for you, and you need at least two other people to share it with otherwise it is too much. Their chopped salad with pecans and blue cheese is one of the best salads I have ever had and their blue cheese dressing is made in house(and incredibly delicious) Overall a great restaurant especially for a chain, my biggest complaint with the place is that their beer menu is pretty poor– and the fosters oil can is pricey for what you get. As far as service goes it’s just so so, nothing bad but nothing above and beyond worth talking about

This is a review for their curbside pick up. I’ve been avoiding writing this review for a long time b/c I like Outback. Once or twice a month I pick up the steak salad for my children on the way home from work. This locations curbside pick up gets it right about 10% of the time, which leaves me coming home to unhappy children. The two things that they get wrong that matter: The steak is typically over cooked. It’s supposed to be medium rare and it’s normally well done. I know steak continues to cook once it’s done, but this is sliced steak and I always get there early to pick it up(last night I was there 12 minutes before my quoted time)… plus, it’s a steakhouse that offers/promotes takeaway so they should know how to deliver the temp correct. I’ve trained myself to check the temperature before I leave and they usually recook it. The other thing that they get wrong is that they put the dressing on the side. The first time this happened, my fault. After that, I put in the instructions to please put the dressing on the salad in my online instructions. They continue to put it on the side. Yesterday when I brought it to the attention of the takeaway fella, he looked annoyed at me and told me they will not put dressing on even if I ask for it that way… the same way they won’t put the dressings on the baked potatoes. Since they do put it on the salad 10% of the time, I knew he was lying and I also know the curbside people are part of the QA in the kitchen and he had disregarded/missed the instructions. I wished I hadn’t tipped him over 20%. Other things missed… I asked for silverware and no bread, I received bread and no silverware. On a night when you’re looking forward to not cooking and having to clean the kitchen, even having mess up your bowls to toss dressing over a salad is annoying. Outback has let me down too many times at this point and I won’t be returning.

my husband got sick on the chowder soup and my coconut shrimo was awful the only thing we liked were the prices on the mixed drinks and they run drinks for $ 4 which you can’t find that cheap anywhere won’t go back here again

My wife and I got the full slab of baby back ribs. Not enough to feed even one of us and pretty mediocre sauce. The coconut shrimp looked good but that was about it. Paid our $ 30 lunch and went somewhere else because we were still hungry. Never, never, never again.

Stopped here on the way home from Tough Mudder, it really hit the spot. We shared the Bloomin’ Onion for the table — great dish for sharing! Then I had a French Onion Soup and the Rack of Ribs. I’ve had ribs many times but never from Outback. They did not disappoint, they fell right off the bone and were very tasty :) As always, the ranch at Outback is amazing! I’ve actually been there to purchase only the ranch to take home. The service was also great… Received refills before the end of our drinks and everything came accurately and prompt. Definitely would recommend!

Service was really good… First time my lady and I were at this Outback location… We were told there would be a 30 minute wait which honestly has happened at other Outback locations which isn’t really that much of a big deal… We are actually seated in less then 20 minutes… Food was excellent and the service was A+… We will definitely come back in the future…

We called ahead since we had a party of 7 and knew that normal tables would not seat us so they would need to make some arrangements to seat 7. We waited about 25 – 30 minutes which wasn’t terrible but basically defeated the whole calling ahead purpose. From the very start our server Peter H was really excellent, the gentleman did his job flawlessly. He was incredibly prompt and attentive and did so in a friendly manner that I can’t say you get often. Our food quality was scattered throughout the order. My own personal meal was very good however my girlfriends pork chop had me scratching my head. She had to saw her way through the food with the knife and I seriously thought she was cutting the bone however the meat was actually that tough — I couldn’t believe how solid it was. Even when she finally cut through it the pork was undercooked. One of the children ordered some sort of kids steak which was also not edible(it happens it was just the cut of meat which the entire piece was sinews and vein, not outbacks fault) our server quickly got the manager and took care of the issues. Now normally we would have been pretty upset about having 2 of the 7 meals we had ordered have problems but the great service we experienced really made the experience much more pleasurable than it would have been. Peter H thank you for the excellent service. Hopefully corporate follows this Unilocal page and will acknowledge the asset you are to them.

standard outback. They ran you a little short on what they said the wait time would be vs. what the wait time actually was. Service was good even though the place is packed. My girlfriend got her steak«rare» and it came out a little too undercooked to eat but seriously when you order«rare» at a chain steakhouse don’t expect perfection.

I don’t review chain restos often except when I am calling them out on the carpet and this one deserves it. We ordered the filet mignon with shrimp and we were served not filets, but top round. Yeah Outback, I know the difference and this was NOT filet. All in told, we paid $ 18 per plate for a TOPROUND slice of steak with a few puny(and I mean these shrimp must have gotten beat up and had their lunch money taken every day) kinda shrimp. One of mine was even missing half of it. Save the money and order any cheap steak, cuz you ain’t getting filet!!!
