Dunkin’ Donuts

This dunking donuts runs like a wolf in the wild, and it’s ambiance simply cannot be tamed. One time I got donuts, Munchkins, AND coffee. Nobody even batted an eye at this request. If I could dream up the perfect dunkin donuts, THIS one would be it! Also, thanks to Victor for the awesome service!

What can I say about it. It’s a DD. Nobody should be eating those donuts anyway, so I only go there for the coffee unless I’m depressed and then I get a little greasy sweet devil and hide it under my jacket!

The staff is great and try their best BUT this location is way way too small for all of the business that they do. It needs to be bigger for all of the people that go there

This particular dunkin donuts is very hit or miss both in quality of product and customer service, which is why I gave it two stars. As a teenager I worked at dunkin donuts/​baskin Robbins so I know the quality of their products and what they are capable of.
Today (and this is not the first time) the iced coffee I ordered was not properly diluted, so it was incredibly bitter and undrinkable. Unfortunately, I was not able to give them an opportunity to remake it because I didn’t have time.
I also ordered bagels with cream cheese today which were fresh and nicely toasted. They are generous with the cream cheese as well.
The staff was helpful, though I repeated my drink order multiple times, the person helping me was patient and repeated it back until he got it right. I have experienced staff that were not as patient or personable at this location previously. I always seem to have some sort of miscommunication, though. It’s become a task to get my coffee and bagel since I feel like I need to check the accuracy of my order every time. One of my other visits I asked for veggie cream cheese and was told they were out of veggie only after I paid. I can deal with plain cream cheese, but I’d like to know about changes to my order before I pay.
I go here for the branding, not the experience.

Overall a good place to stop on your way to work. The coffee is usually prepared well and there’s usually a wide variety of muffins, bagels, and donuts in the morning. The place is clean. Service is a little slow some days, but not so slow it’s worth complaining about.

When I was younger, I often wondered to myself why a little kid was working there. That was before I understood franchising and that the kid’s parents were the owners. They are long gone.

I like DD coffee. I look forward to getting a cup every morning. This particular place seems to make the coffee just fine. The gripe that I have with this place is its inability of turning out coffee and doughnuts quickly to the customers. There have been many times where I have been standing in a line of 4 or 5 people and there are 5 – 6 employees working, yet I am still waiting 10 – 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee. This is really not cool when I am trying to get to work on time. They are lucky that I need my coffee to function in the morning and starbucks tastes like crap, otherwise I would go somewhere else.
