The Starbucks in olney is great! Everyone is friendly and professional. They never mess up your drinks. I got a honey caramel latte(new flavor!) tastes just like a normal sugary coffee, I liked it.

Love my Starbucks my favorite barista is Matt! Everyone is so nice and welcoming they are fast and never mess anything up! Please look at the dates on the reviews! They have fired the blonde guy it was remodeled. They don’t fight and aren’t careless. We love this Starbucks!!!

Great service! Ordered my drink with the app waited maybe a minute if that because I was so close by and they were finishing my drink EXACTLY as I ordered it on line. But the inside of the location is pretty dark and makes you want to go to sleep

The Double Latte Pumpkin Ale Strawberry Mocha Frappé Grande with Corn Cabbage Frosting mixed with Lime Tart Swirls and Peach Cobbler Pie extract is very good. In all seriousness, it’s not a bad spot but the parking is horrible — small small and not enough spaces. The sweet tea is very good.

We ordered two of the large boxes of coffee for an event nearby, calling ahead two hours prior to needing them. When we arrived the salesperson, CHRIS, had everything ready for us with plenty of cups, cream, sugar and stirrers. He was friendly and polite. Great customer service!

I don’t hang out at Starbucks. I just buy my drink and go. Employees are always pleasant when I’m there. They know my name and my drink without my saying. Like that. Hate the price of my Chai Tea Latte but it’s my choice to buy it or not and am pretty addicted. So I buy. Like that you get a free drink after buying 12.

I don’t like coming to this Starbucks unless I’m just in and out. The drinks made taste fine; it’s the atmosphere or décor that’s the issue. The last two times I went, the employees were literally arguing and fighting with each other in front of the customers!!! Very unprofessional. The Asian manager lady is crazy by the way… You don’t want to be studying while she’s there. Seating is «average»(smaller location but normally you can find a spot…) //not great due study groups more than 2 ppl though.

The unpleasant, portly blond guy is behind the counter again. I guess he still works there, bah. Steer clear, unless you need more diva in your life.

At first, I didn’t think it made much sense to rate Starbucks, but I found a couple reasons. First, though, I’ll comment on a couple earlier reviews. The portly blond guy is no longer here(at least not this morning), so that’s nice. Also, I agree that Starbucks don’t appear to have furniture conducive to long stays. Get your«large» coffee(or one of those other dainty drinks), and be gone. That being said, the music is not bad. I never hear anything I hear anywhere else, except the occasional remake from some unknown musician. The environment here is not bad. I’ll come back, though I might sneak in a seat cushion. Finally, there’s a Starbucks that toasts the bagels! Woohoo. I was also able to pay with my phone, which is not really that useful, but pretty cool.

Ya know, it’s Starbucks. Probably don’t need to detail that. But… I wanted to give them a brief shout out because the guy working was great. Well, one of them at least. The one seemed to be a bit not totally with it, but the other one was awesome. He wasn’t even the one taking my order, but he overheard it and heard me order with soy milk, so he caught my order mid-preparation and said, «You didn’t want whip right?» I didn’t even know the thing I ordered came with whip so I didn’t know not to ask for it, so I appreciate that he put two and two together when he wasn’t even the one helping me. That is all. :)

This is the Starbucks by my parents house. I will come here to do school work and office work. I like that I can leave my laptop out when I go to the restroom and no one will steal it, unlike the one where I live in Chicago. Baristas are good and I’ve had pretty good service here. It does get super crowded, so I try to come at off hours, but that’s not always successful. I’m at that very Starbucks right now. I should get back to work.

I have this theory that Starbucks are not designed for anyone’s comfort but their corporate bank accounts. Despite all their free wifi i can tell they’re not really places they want people to hang out. Move em in, move em out and keep that register tape rolling. I get you, corporate America. This S’bucks in particular is a nice professionally run Starbucks but seriously needs a design update. Longer than wide plus low wattage light means I can’t freakin’ see. For this reason I save a seat by the window. I come back with my Awake tea to discover an octogenarian has move my shizzit so her husband can have my seat. She’s playin’ that old lady card hard! And doing that southern accent thing where they talk to you oh so pleasantly but in a way you know they mean you effin B. Let me add that there were numerous empty seats available — they just wanted mine. I wanted mine too. I might not be in my 80s — yet but I’m just as blind as your grannie in low light situations.

i am a die-hard starbucks lover… i’ve never met a starbucks that i didn’t love, until now. EVERY time i’ve been to this one i’ve never felt more unwelcomed… or had to wait so long for a drink, even when no one else was in line. no matter what i order, it seems to take them forever to actually make. also, when i forgot to order my drink with soy(i’m lactose intolerant) and then told the employee making my drink, he gave me attitude. i gave them the benefit of the doubt — perhaps it was an off day — but every time i go back it’s the same. personal conversations rank higher than customer service here. not pleased… and will not go back. instead i drive to the starbucks on Georgia Ave where i’m treated like an important customer.

Ahh, my home starbucks. THis place just remodeled itself adn did fairly good job except in stead of making more room for the customers, they made more room for the staff(which are great by the way), and less room for the customers. Hopefully, when the starbuck Olney 2 opens in a month or so, it will pull some of the traffic away and make it faster of me. Because after all… it is all about me.
