Walgreens

This is by far the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. They gave me a 2 hour wait time for the medication and still didn’t have it done after the full 2 hours. They also filled the prescription with the wrong dose but luckily caught it before I arrived. I won’t be back.

They are lazy and slow. I tried to use a coupon for Emfamil and the manager did not want to process it because she said that it was for the large cans when it clearly says ALL products. I detest that it’s the only 24 hour walgreens in the area.

I needed a refill and I needed it TODAY so had to call it in to this 24 hour location as my local Walgreens was closed. I waited on hold for 25 minutes to speak to someone. The recording kept saying «there is one call ahead of you» After about 17 minutes the recording indicated my call was next. Great! Not really. I waited another 8 minutes for someone to answer.
After the call was answered, the lady in the pharmacy kept asking the same questions regarding address, phone number, and date of birth again and again. I was then told my prescription would not be ready for 1.5 hours. That was terrible because I had already waited on the phone for 25 minutes and figured I’d just get in the car and head over there. I was only 5 minutes from the store when I found out it was going to be another 1.5 hours.
I don’t know what they are doing over there however I have never had such a bad experience as this one.
