Used to be fun, if overpriced, but the staff has taken to hounding and hovering. I now avoid if at all possible. Most everything in the store can be found for at least 50% less online, and then you dont need to suffer the shopping experience.

I now travel to Tacoma for bedroom supplies. I used to shop here regularly, until the staff got pushy. I came in knowing what I wanted and told the sales staff so when I was asked if I needed any help, that I knew my way around. I was then followed by a female employee who kept trying to help me, even though I nicely told her multiple times I had been a previous customer and just wanted to look around. I’m buying things for sex, I will ask if I really need help! I was then told it was company policy to do this. Lovers has forever lost my business. This is a private thing, so if I want to be left alone fucking leave me alone! I’m not stealing, I just don’t want you in my face when Im choosing a very personal product!

I love this place. The ladies in Olympia are very respectful and helpful. This shop definitely keeps me coming… lol…I love their events. Latest event was the grand opening in Federal way oct. 18. I had a blast and I was one of the 10 winners my bucket was worth 300 dollars…

GREAT customer service. We went in there to get well toys and the lady we dealt with was knowledgeable but did not try and sell the most expensive toys. Instead she asked what we liked etc. and went from there. Also it helps if a guy is not 100% weirded out by fake male parts or puts off a weird vibe (statement from the lady helping us)

Nice selection of merchandise and decently priced if you use one of their coupons.
The only issue I have is the staff is overly pushy.

I know this is really dorky, but this is the only place I can buy Halloween outfits that fit. I’m 4’9″ and the adults sizes are too long and the children’s sizes are too small. The ‘short/sexy’ costumes look like regular ones on me. I have received several compliments on how I managed to find work appropriate costumes for my fairly conservative job. I only have two Halloween outfits from Lover’s Package, but they have lasted me for years.
The customer service is fantastic. The clerks have always been very friendly and helpful.
