Great wine! The Dark Moon Rising Port is excellent. Try it with a cigar on the patio!

Came in on Sunday on a spur of the moment date with hubby. I am SO glad we did. He had some really interesting wine options that I’ve not had the pleasure of sampling before. We went home with bottles of Merlot, Blackberry wine, Peach wine, Fire Breathing Mead(OMG!) and we joined the wine club. I can’t wait to go back and spend an afternoon chilling/tasting and enjoying the yummy wines!

Awesome winery and amazing wine maker and staff. They were so accommodating and did not hesitate to answer my questions about different grape s and wines. I had a great time and will go back and bring my friends. Thanks NW.

This winery is incredible! I tried the cab sav, the Syrah, the red blend, the honey mead and the blackberry port. The port and the mead were my favorite, though all of them were delicious. The owners who also run the wine bar were welcoming to the point that my wife and I felt like family! Great customer service, we will definitely be back for more!

Went here a few months back while visiting a girl friend near Olympia. We stumbled upon this winery by accident(we were actually looking for a different one). The owner welcomed us in even though he was suppose to be closing in 15 minutes. We had a great experience. Good vibes, very insightful and had by far some of the most unique wines(and fire-breathing mead). If I ever am in the area I will definitely go back. Be sure to try the strawberry wine!!!

Normally, «eclectic» is not what you want to hear about a winery; however, NMW has such interesting«wines.» There are a number of different Port Style wines with plum and grapefruit. And of course the famous Fire Breathing Mead(Honey and Jalapeño) infused! Great owner! Great location with a fire pit! I recommend NMW. It is an experience.

The owner of this winery is very rude and the wine is not good. I attended a non-profit fundraiser here. The owner acted like he didn’t want to be there and made up some excuse that he had a party coming in afterwards and rushed us all out the door. I stayed to see if he had another party coming in and he, indeed, did not. He had lied to get us out of there faster. He packed up and went home. The wines did not appeal to any of us with a «wine palette.» If you enjoy white zinfandel and wine coolers, you might like it. That should explain it… I would steer clear of this place, for a variety of reasons.

So many good wines to choose from and Ray is so helpful and obviously loves what he does. There is a wine for everyone’s taste here. Visions of Sugar Plums and the Peach flavor are my 2 personal faves. The prices are reasonable and you’ll be greeted with a smile. Love love love this place!!!

This place was not bad, but definitely not my cup of tea, er glass of wine(tehehe). The reds offered here just didn’t do it for me. The blackberry wine was fun. I almost always try to purchase a bottle of wine when I visit wineries so I went ahead with this one. I have to say that 2 glasses of it was a bit much, however we treated like a dessert it was fun. We made brownies with it.
