Just had a great experience there with my Toyota Prius. Lane as honest and practical with my repair and delivered quality repair as promised. Definitely would recommend to others.

Look, let me just say this… I have a 1971 mach 1 mustang and these guys gave me the paint job of all paint jobs. Unbelievable. Here is a photo of what they did: They painted on the racing stripes, and even made them ‘raised’ so that they feel like decals but they are not, they are painted on, don’t ask me how they did it, I just know its awesome. I get so many compliments on the paint job. I’ve had it for 2 years. And now just today I got rear-ended at a stop light, a lady smashed into my bumper, crushing it and causing paint and body damage, it is utterly depressing to have my classic vehicle damaged. After calling the insurance, dealing with the police report, I called Bob(the owner) and was hoping beyond all hope they would take my car. I wouldn’t want to go ANYWHERE else for body and paint repair. Bob answered the phone and we hadn’t talked in 2 years, but he remembered me and was super friendly and reassured me he would make the car look like new, and I believe him(because he did it before). I was a bit worried they might be too busy to take me, but that wasn’t even an issue, Bob promised to fit me in regardless simply because of our history. Just fantastic customer service. Puget Sound autobody is one class act, anyone out there who has a classic car(or any car, really) that you are reluctant to entrust to someone else, you can surely trust these guys. Finding a reliable place for my car is not easy for me, I don’t just trust anyone, but PSA has proven themselves, and after a very depressing day, I know my car is in good hands and so glad they are willing to take it back. Even if I lived in another city, I’d drive 100 miles out of my way to take my car to these guys.
