Great location, staff very friendly. Sometimes over crowded, having the drive thru is a bonus.

This location is the one I go to the most, as it is right up the street from my house and where I run most of my errands. I get the right drink every time, and it serves as a great study spot (although it can get noisy during their rushes). The baristas are friendly and are knowledgable if you want a suggestion (for me, it’s usually, «what can I get if I need to keep it sugar free/​dairy free/​still yummy?»).
This is a busy location! I use the order-​ahead option on my app so I avoid the lines.

When I walk in, no matter the shift there is at least 1 barista that knows my drink and name.

It’s hit or miss here. Normally go here once a day and none of the employees are on the same page. One day I’m charged one price next day it’s different. Have contacted customer service and manager about these issues. There are some very friendly employees but then there are some very rude employees. I wish there was another drive thru close by so I could change stores.

Used to have friendly staff and great service, staff is now indifferent or cold, and drink orders have been wrong consistently the past few months. Definitely not the atmosphere that it used to have, most of the friendliness of the old morning staff seems to have left with them.

Rohnert Park, CA
My favorite Starbucks location. It has a drive-​thru, and they always get my order right. Worth a stop if you don’t have time to make the trip further downtown.
