AT&T Has the WORST Customer Service Ever! Avoid this company at all costs. It has been a disaster for me the last 4 months. Still not fixed or made right. AVOIDAT&T… I have suffered both financially and with my free time because of my decision to trust them. The store is not able to handle issues and tells you to call customer service. Who in turn tells you to see the store. If you love throwing away money, wasting hours of your time. Being lied to, deceived etc. etc. by all means choose this company

Reception in Omaha sucks! Maybe you don’t have a lot of customers in Omaha, but there are enough people here and enough of your customers coming through, that I’d think you’s put more effort into improving your reception… just saying.

I went here last night after sending my phone on a roller coaster ride through the washing machine. Awesome! I walked in about 5 minutes to close after working the entire day. I felt really bad and apologized but they were very cool. They asked me if I was due for an upgrade and I told them I was 15 days away from my upgrade, so they went ahead and upgraded me anyway. Grant helped me pick out a new phone and gave me his personal suggestion for the iPhone 3GS which I LOVE! All the people working were super nice and cool. I will definitely be going back when we need to upgrade my husbands phone in March!

We shopped here for a phone upgrade to replace an old phone. The store is located conveniently off of Dodge St and houses a ton of phone, devices, and accessories. The store really shines with customer support though. The sales reps let us browse all we wanted, asking only once if we needed help and to let him know if we had questions. Once we had our choice narrowed down, he was a tremendous help getting us set up and activated. The professionalism and personal touch here was far above the typical store — I highly recommend this location if you are thinking of an AT&T phone/service or when upgrading your devices. They really went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! Nice!
