Freddy’s

I wanted a butterscotch malt, which is kind of hard to find in Omaha. So, when I was there ordering it, I ordered their fries, as well, since they looked so good.
WOW!
Both the malt and the fries were really good. Fast and prompt service, as well. The malts are a little pricey, though.

We eat at Freddie’s at least once a month. Their super thin burgers are the bomb, though sometimes inconsistent in terms of cooking all the way through. I’m not a fan of burgers on the rarer side and if i get one, its a real turnoff. Their skinny fries with seasoned salt can be addictive and a single serving is more than enough for two. Shakes/​malts are not the best, but their sundaes are pretty darned good.

I stopped in for burger/​fries and a pumpkin pie concrete delicious and fresh– fast very friendly welcoming service– the staff there made sure we guests were happy and their confident kindness showed itself over and over to myself and the other guests they were interacted with especially the children which they made a effort to make their time enjoyable which I like to see, I normally avoid going into «fast» food places but I wanted to finish my book and I was glad I chose Freddy’s. I’ve never been in a Freddr’s (mostly drive through) but this one inside and out was very clean comfortable eating area it was busy but they kept the tables cleaned and our trays and baskets bussed, for you drive in people two different ordering boards.

My family and I ate lunch at Freddy’s this afternoon and had a wonderful experience. We had an issue with one of meals and they were so great in correcting the situation. The management team went above and beyond to make things right.

Good food, fast friendly service. Burger meat is really thin. Kinda too thin. Ice cream is amazing.

I like Freddy’s quite a bit, it’s too bad the food is soo bad for you, but it’s soo delicious! If it wasn’t like a billion calories in one burger I would go here much more often. I’ve only been a few times and I have never been disappointed. Everything on the menu is good, I did try the cheese fries one time and if I remember right I didn’t care for them all that much, but I would say it’s still worth trying them for your self to make your own opinion. I’ve had their ice cream a few times, the make your own creations are never bad because you pick exactly how you want it, but beware with that because the more toppings the pricier it gets and it adds up quickly. The other day I stopped by on my way home and I got a concrete shake with peanut butter added in, it was the first time I tried that and it was fantastic! I had one of my dogs with me, and they even gave me a PUP CUP which my dog thought was great! It was pretty big and there was enough I let my other dog at him finish it.

Nope, pretty average food that does not separate itself the other fast foods places. This would b fine expect it is more expensive. Honestly its fine but for that price there r plenty other choices.

Food was great but my order got messed up… he asked me what I want on my hot dog at the counter and I didn’t get onions or relish which was supposed to be apart of the number 7 combo and he charged me $ 3 for a HOT DOG not even prepared the way I asked.
Fries weren’t fresh, pop tasted water down, and there wasn’t anyone behind me whats the rush wont be going back

Great, thin, crispy edged hamburgers and the best fries anywhere. Don’ forget to trustee frozen custard — the turtle sundae is the best!

On ³⁄₂₆ I came to Freddy’s drive through and got stuck in the drive through for 25 minutes. When I called in they said someone got the wrong order and had an add on they had to make. So all of us waited in line. Why not ask the person to pull around? My food was cold by the time I got to the window. But they gave me a free meal ticket.
Today we came to use the free meal ticket. I received for quickly but my son had to wait 20 minutes for his. So I’m typing this while he eats.
Pretty dissatisfied with the service lately here. Not sure why it’s gone down hill. It was fantastic when I first came here. Either way the food is great!
P. S. They comped us a free custard each for the wait.

Food isn’t worth the price. The fries are shoe string style that lacked flavor and most of them were about an inch long. The California burger was ok at best. It was very messy and wouldn’t t stay with the bun. If the food was cheaper I would consider going back.
Can’t speak for the custard as I haven’t tried it.

Been here maybe 4 or 5 times since it opened in October or November. Only the first two times was it busy. Even doing those times service itself was quick and correct. Lately the staff have been kinda downers. The food is still good. The fries are annoyingly small and chill down super fast. Pepsi products for drinks.

Tried Freddy’s on a recommendation. It was… OK. It reminds you of Culvers. If you are a fan of Culvers… you will like Freddys. Burgers were ok… smashed thin with a crust and fries were good… shoestring variety and lots of em. The «Freddy’s sauce» for dipping fries was ok… tasted like mayo with a bit of russian dressing.
Atmosphere is casual fast food and open. Service was good. In a market with a multitude of burger places… this falls squarely in the middle.

My son and I love this place! It is generally quite busy and sometimes there is a short wait for a table. The last time we were there, the Manager was expediting food and giving out free meal tickets because of the wait time.
I tried the custard and didn’t much care for it, but I also went into it thinking it was going to be like a Blizzard, it is not like a Blizzard. But good none the less.

This is my first visit not only to this location, but to any Freddy’s restaurants, so these are just my first impressions of the brand. The young man behind the counter knew his products well, and leaned me towards trying their Double Steakburger California Style, which comes with ‘Freddy’s Sauce’ which I take to be a Thousand Island style of sauce. The patties themselves did not have the typical prefab look of other fast food chains, and once I pushed the huge onion to the side, was quite flavorful.
The only prejudice I came in with, was that I heard that their fries were different, but good. They have thin shoestring style fries, which did not give a hint of being oily, and you could get a tub of Thousand Island instead of the standard ketchup as your condiment of choice.
Even though this is considered a fast food joint, your order takes several minutes to get filled. Inside they have a carnival barker yell over the loud speaker music (I heard Led Zeppelin, the Beatles as well as Country music playing) your order number, for you to find at the pick-​up window. Fortunately mine was brought to my table by the guy who took my order. They had plenty of tables and had booths on the North and East sides if their establishment, and, had clean restrooms.
I almost was tempted on getting dessert, but I really never do, so someone else will have to judge their frozen custards, which I did see a freezer which sold them by the (half) gallons…
