Service is one of the slowest I’ve had in a long time. Waiting 20 min for food is ridiculous

The food was pretty good, as expected. The service was very slow. There was a very long line waiting to get food as well as a long line waiting to order. They only had one register open.

Extremely slow. Very dirty. The service was bad awful. After we ordered the guy just left the counter didn’t say anything. We stood their waiting for our drinks I had to practically yell to get our drink cups. The floor was soaking wet their were wet floor signs yes, and yes I about fell flat on my behind, the manager was standing right there and said nothing at all. The floor had food all over it. The employees were standing around the front eating. Our food was not even warm. Probably won’t be back to this Wendy’s.

This Wendy’s location is very, very busy during the lunch hour. Recently they’ve had problems coping with that success. Lines inside and outside are chaotic, made worse by Inadequate and poorly trained counter staff. On my last few visits, it took over 20 minutes before I got my food(10 min in line, 5 min for my order to make it to a cook, 5 min to cook whatever they had run out of). (In years past, they coped better, making them a reliable option for diners in a hurry. The friendliness and competence of the service had been above average for Omaha burger places, but it’s now inconsistent.) I won’t bore you with a description of Wendy’s food, but here are a few tips on the art and science of dining at this location: *Parking: Park in the Home Depot lot. Do not under any circumstances park on the east side of the restaurant, where drive-thru traffic can trap you. *First-time ordering: Pay attention to how others navigate the line. They’ve designed it so people have to cross in front of each other at several points. *Getting a drink: First, set your food on a table, because there’s no place to rest your tray by the drink machine. Next, grab a napkin, because soda will drip on your hand as you get ice from the Coke Freestyle machine. Now take a deep breath and choose one of the multiple lines that converge on the drink machine. Don’t forget to look down if you want to avoid stepping in a puddle. If you see someone looking perplexed, offer to help them out with the machine – otherwise you’ll spend even longer waiting as they figure out how to use the touch screen. *On a budget? Check out the value menu on the right side of the menu board.

Dear Dave, I thought you should know, as much as I like to visit your eating establishments I have to tell you that this particular location is in desperate need of modernization. Don’t get me wrong, the burger and fries were up to standard however the place is just old. Looks old and worn… Feels old and worn. It is clean for sure… Just old. This location I’m sure is a winner for you in profits, great location for sure, that’s why you need to modernize or remake this location. It’s just not a cool place to eat at inside. Put this on the top of your list… Or get a new franchisee who gives a dam about other than reaping profits.

This location is one of the better Wendy’s I’ve been to. Drive thru is open til Midnight. The line was short, service was fast, and the food was delicious. Fries were kinda bland but cooked well and crunchy.
