Smashburger

I went here with the family tonight for the first time. It’s a bit pricey for a burger joint… On the level of eating at a BW3s or something similar.
The service was good… We didn’t wait a long time for our food. When it got to us, it was hot & fresh. The Rosemary-​shoestring fries were decent… the lemon herbal tea was the bomb!
The burger was good, the family seemed to like the cleanliness of the food & the short wait time to receive it…
As a Guy who had never been to smash burger before tonight…
I give it 4 stars.
I’d recommend it for a quick dinner or lunch. It was on the level & casual.
I had a good experience.

I asked for smash sauce and they barely gave me any. The crew is very nice and the place is always clean. It never seems very busy. I hope they make it.

Excellent food and service, came in with the whole family on 12÷10÷15 and had a few mixups with the order. These guys straighten it out no problem, we really appreciated that it wasn’t a big deal. It can be tough eating out with all the kids, but this was excellent experience thank you.

Have been to this location many times, and I am so far impressed with the quality of their food. This is a fast casual type of restaurant where you order at the counter and place a number at the end of your table so that they can deliver it to your table. As stated in other reviews this place is a «quality over quantity» where the hamburgers might not be the most filling but quality of the ingredients and sauces are very high. I really liked their egg buns that they use on the hamburgers, and their toppings always taste fresh as well. Dining here can get a little pricey little over $ 12 dollars for a hamburger, fries (not included), and drink. But is worth the price if you want a good quality and very tasty hamburger. Overall I really enjoy this place, and is one of my go to places for a hamburger in a fast casual setting. Will definitely be back again in the future!

The first time I went to this place was with my family. There was 4 of us. The total bill ended up being more than $ 50. To me that seems a little expensive. The burgers we’re cheap Butterburgers and the phrase wear a slim cut rock hard consistency. With a hole in my pocket book and not very good food I didn’t really like this place. I would not recommend this to family or friends.

Service here was great but I didn’t think the burger was that good at all. I had two bites and ended up throwing it away. The vanilla shake was just ok. I won’t go back.

I’ve been here about 3 times and every time is the same. The place is empty at 6pm each time. The food filled me up half way and I’m the type of person that can only eat 2 sliced of average sized pizza. Normally I’d assume it was a quality-​over-​quantity thing but the burgers are both tiny, but also very average. You’d get a better, cheaper burger just buying one at the grocery store and throwing it on the George Foreman. Maybe that’s what they do lol. The fries are the tiny, skinny fries that lose heat within minutes so you have to choose to eat a warn burger, or cold fries. I opt to eat the burger hot except that it’s never been hot either. The quanity of the fries is also insulting low. This whole place honestly feels insulting with how much they charge for so little average-​quality food.

We find Smashburger’s service and food to be very adequate, but on the more expensive side for casual dining.
Dinner for three with a soft drink, regular sized burger with onion straws and one appetizer cost over $ 32.00 dollars.
Taste was good, but if we are going to get burgers, think we will stick with Stella’s in Bellevue.

Smashburger is a «quality-​over-​quantity» type of place, which can make or break a visit, depending on your expectations. Someone who usually thinks of value in terms of quantity might feel shorted by the «big» burger upgrade, which is perhaps an ounce and a half more meat, or spending $ 2.30 for ~20 seasoned french fries.
The upside is that both the burgers and salads are, to my palate, all very tasty. The two cobb salad variations in particular, with grilled chicken, are my favorite menu items. At the moment, there’s a coupon on the internet for $ 2 off $ 5+ virtually any day of the week, which brings the $ 10 for a burger/​fries/​drink down to a fair price and makes the salads a real value.
Service is usually good, and occasionally terrible. You can tell the current manager tries to run a tight ship, and yet I’ve had more than one really bad experience here. Once, I waited and waited for my food after my dining companions’ food arrived, as the employee who had brought theirs made repeated awkward eye contact with me — he clearly noticed the issue, but did nothing about it. When I went up front, I was first ignored; they then offered to «re-​make» (?) my food. They didn’t apologize or offer anything for my trouble, and their manner when I asked for it to-​go was terse, almost irritated. We got back to the office and, of course, I had to let it sit for an hour while I was in a meeting. When I finally sat down to eat it was… well, really tasty, of course.
I could give it 3 or 4 stars. I’ll go with four for my own vanity — I’d hate to think that I would visit a 3-​star restaurant so often!

Been here twice. Both times the service was excellent. They were very nice and it didn’t seem forced. The smash fries are soooo good! Next time I’ll try the chicken. Also had shakes and I believe they use Häagen dazs ice cream. I think they added malt to my strawberry shake which I didn’t want but it was still good. Will be coming again!

I love me some Smashburger.
I’ve been to the Smashburger on Dodge a few times and I went to this one a few days ago for lunch with a couple work buddies and the whole experience was great.
The cashier was super nice and friendly, the food was amazing as usual, the food was hot, and we got our food fast.
The ice machine definitely needs to be cleaned though. There was some brown stuff leaking out of it so one of my co-​workers actually didn’t even get ice in his pop. I didn’t see it until afterwards.
I will definitely be going back for some amazing burgers soon!

Well… Burgers are good for sure. But they seem to struggle keeping a beer license. What’s up with that? 3^rd time I they have that I know of. Something fishy!!!

Used to be good, but now the smash fries are not that great, and the burgers not as juicy. This is my last trip.

Food was good but the manager had horrible customer service skills. He was impatient and seemed irritated with every customer that ordered food. As silly as it may seem… my family and i wont return.
Who wants to eat where they dont feel welcome?

Always loved smashburger but this particular location is very welcoming!
The all American burger or the classic are truly the most amazing twist to the classic American burgers.

DON’T FORGET to get smash fries! The seasoning is truly phenomenal. The sweet potato fries are better than any I’ve ever had THEY’RE A MUST!!!

Big fan of this place! Not just for the burgers though. The ice cream (malt) was what put this meal over the top. Friendly service and atmosphere. Portions and prices were just right. Give these guys a try!

This is my second time here since this location opened. I want to like this place. Service was good, food came out quick (maybe this was the issue). I got a regular size baja burger, which had great toppings and bun, but the meat was about ½ cooked. My wife got a big size classic and hers was even more raw. Very red inside (not pink, red). I’m not one for overcooked food, but this was flat out raw inside. Felt like I should ask for a raw egg yolk and call it steak tartare? Burgers would have been great otherwise; cooks need a lesson on how to cook these burgers.
Fries were unremarkable. Tasted/​looked like a cheaper version of McD’s fries.
