For fast food, this burger was good. First time at Hardee’s I saw the commercial for their new tex mex bacon thickburger. Food came out fast and the burger was tasty. Fresh veggies, huge burger, and a very tasty sauce. I will come back with my fiancé and see what she thinks!

This is my first visit to the Hardees right off L St. Next to super target my first impression when I walked in The joint was greasy. After ordering our food first I received the wrong order and handled it for a second following by me going back up to the counter and then they proceeded to give the order that I just handled to the customer who actually ordered it. Then the customer who received the food that I’d already just handled complained saying someone just touched it. she brought it back behind the counter and started arguing with her manager. Eventually it was all sorted out and the manager gave the customer a gift card but no gift card was offered to me end of review

Good prices for the amount of food you get. Employees were friendly enough but not entirely professional towards each other while in front of customers. Food came out quick and was brought to us. No real complaints from me.

I ordered a burger, fries, drink and a salad through the drive-​through. I get to the office and see they missed the fries. I called the said when I come back they will give me the fries. They said they would give us a large fries. Seriously? I don’t know if I will go back even if I have free fries. Bad management.

Hours are incorrect. Drove by around 11:20pm on a Saturday when they are supposed to be open til Midnight and all of the lights were off including on the drive thru menus. Pulled up to the intercom because there was still a car parked outside just to double check and no one said anything.

It’s a fast food burger joint. Now, there. Everyone temper their expectations accordingly. If you’re expecting gourmet food or stellar service then you probably need a reality check. As a society, we cannot continually tell morons they’re going to be working fast food for the rest of their life and then be shocked when we go eat fast food and get served by morons. So, emotionally prepare for a typical fast food dining experience BEFORE you come here or go find a well-​reviewed full service restaurant to eat at.
Personally, I dig their breakfast. I like to occasionally hit the drive-​thru in the morning and get a Biscuit & Gravy. Tasty stuff.
Iced Tea is pretty good as I recall too.
I haven’t eaten lunch or dinner at a Hardees in years, so I really can’t comment on it. It’s on my long list of things to try.

Love the mushroom and Swiss burgers. As the only guest in at 11 AM, I thought I would get fast service for my #3 order. 12 minutes later I’m still waiting for my food. at 14 minutes food finally arrived. No apology. Fries were cold. My lunch break is short. Waiting 15 minutes for a burger and fries is not acceptable for fast food. Many other places nearby which will gladly take my $ 8.42 and provide better service. Won’t be back.

This is my favorite option in the area when I want to eat an okay burger in peace. The drive-​through does plenty of business, but it’s rare to find the dining room crowded. The staff are cheerful and attentive.
The food is consistently okay – what more can I say for chain-​store burgers? There are approximately zero options for health-​conscious diners. Do stay away from their «salad,» which is nothing but a pile of shredded iceberg lettuce.
They have problems with a piece of equipment – the rotisserie, I think – making a high-​pitched squeal. If you have sensitive ears and are prone to headaches, stick to the drive-​through.

I’ve only been through the drive thru but they are very fast, speak clearly and are kind. The food is ok, I really like the fries but the chicken is always tough and chewy. Burgers are pretty good. They are a little over priced for the quality. Overall, I would eat here again.
