Went to shop today and they are having a big sale! Weekend when most people do not work and guess what…2 yes 2 people working in the entire store and they were both yes both at the cutting table and having a laughing and chat fest with customers and each other. I guess they will come to the register only if they have atleast 10 people waiting! I know where I am going from now on 132nd and Center; yes it’s further but atleast you can get decent customer service!

What I like about this location, was that it offers sewing classes, through metro community college.
The class had six students, they have a limit, so the instructor can spend enough time with each student.
Instructor was friendly, very knowledgeable, not so much with modern, computerized sewing machines, she’ll say read your manual, machines are different.
Only one disadvantage, far away and only one 1 day introductory class and 1, 6 week basic sewing class
If the class was closer, I would continue, more advanced sewing.
