Their web match policy is a joke. They say they’ll match the price they have listed on their website but then they turn around charge you what you would have paid for shipping and handling if you bought it online.

They always have all of the materials needed. I have a card for their store so I always am getting discounts in the mail and stuff. The place is super organized and right by my house. Lovely place to get all your art supplies!

Can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience at Blick. In fact, it’s a really fun store to wander around, looking at all the art supplies and quirky trinkets and gifts.
I was in here because I needed a canvas, easel and some fancy markers. I found everything in a matter of minutes, thanks to the helpful staff. And they even reactivated my Blick card from my college days to help me snag a 10% discount! Nice!
Even though it’s a chain, Blick is hands down Omaha’s best art supply store. And I’ll continue to go here when I fell I’m in the midst of a creative outpouring and need some supplies.

A trip to the art supply store hearkens back to childhood for me, and wandering the aisles can quickly become pretty expensive when you don’t have parents to reign you in… but they have everything you’d want here when it comes to supplies. Paper, canvas, media, tools, storage containers, brushes, etc. If you’re a student or teacher be prepared for a nice discount as well. Otherwise, pick up one of their frequent shopper cards. I believe they cost $ 10 but will quickly pay back if you shop here more than once a year.

I’ve shopped at Dick Blick many times over the years. I was in to the new store recently. It’s much larger than the old store and is very light and open. The staff was very helpful. They really have a good selection of all sorts of art supplies as well as many gift ideas.
