I was a Pearle Vision customer for four years, and got three pairs of glasses from this location. Dr. Robinson was always nice. This one star review is for their customer service and general manager. I was told the optometrists can extend prescriptions, but the salespeople at Pearle are instructed to lie about this. They can replace the lenses even if the frames are discontinued, but the salespeople at Pearle are told to lie about this too. I found another optometrist right down the street that is locally-​owned and less slimy.

I added this business just to write this review. The people at this place are great and have gone out of their way to help me when my eyes were having problems. I’ve seen a couple of their doctors, and they’re always well-​informed and helpful. As someone who unfortunately has to see eye doctors quite frequently, I’m glad I found a place with such happy and accommodating staff.
