The store staff is always very friendly and helpful. I really like the fact that they carry the Gin Gin brand of «Candy». They always have boxes available too in the event you purchase more than a handful or you don’t quite have enough shopping bags. Like that they do have debit/CC terminals to pay with. Store is also easy to get in and out of. The only thing is the store hours on the door are a little odd, but thats just round about hours I guess.

Nice selection, better prices than the«name brand» and a fun experience from start to finish. Look forward to going more often(especially during the winter months).

This has to be my all time favorite grocery store. The atmosphere is always so clean, and the staff is so friendly and extremely helpful. Much better than whole foods because the environment is just so much better, there is not snooty people all around. Has a much bigger selection than trader joes for produce, supplements and such. The vitamin and supplement aisle is huge, and very well priced. Their Colorado mix of the dried fruit is the best thing ever. Would definitely recommend shopping here for all your fresh and delicious groceries.

I had not been inside this store since Wild Oats was bought out by Whole Paycheck, but my friend needed to buy a few quick things on the way home so I decided to go in with her and check the place out tonight. I was under the presumption that their prices were on the higher side, as most Organic food stores are, yet they were pretty much comparable to the other places, but when we started to compare what you could find in Hy-Vee’s or Bakers Organic sections they held their own or better. Bulk raw almonds were about $ 3/lb cheaper, the greens were a good price, plus the place didn’t feel like it had those pretentious hipster zombies roaming the aisles. I will have to return when I am looking for my own needs…

I find myself shopping at Natural Grocers more and more often for the quality of the food, the fair pricing, and the great pricing on specials. The store is easy to navigate with a friendly and helpful staff.

I love this place. It’s always clean and nice inside. There are a few sale prices here and there that let your try new things without a big risk and the prices are sooo much cheaper than«whole-paycheck.» The selection is a little limited on some ideas and I’m sure if you have a favorite something or other they would try and get it for you. I like the fact they keep a lot of goods in the freezer to keep it fresher(nuts, flours, and beans).

Much better than whole foods. It’s a little smaller, but much easier to find organic produce when it isn’t all randomly mixed with conventional produce like whole foods. They are the only store I’ve found in the area that actually carries cricket bars, and they have a very nice gluten-free/ancient grain section. It’s worth the drive from Bellevue when Bakers and Hy-Vee health food sections or organic produce selection just wont cut it. I never went to Trader Joe’s much, so I can’t compare it to that(although they are relatively close to each other). Prices are very reasonable. Remember your reusable bags for this one though — they do not not provide any free bags(but they do have some boxes available to carry your stuff out in).

I enjoy coming to Natural Grocers. I was so glad to see them in Omaha after getting used to going to them in Lincoln. It is an entirely different experience than Whole Foods. The lack of ‘rock star’ attitudes is a plus. the staff is so friendly and eager to help. the prices are fair for what I need to pick up for my weeklies. I always grab a Primal strip vegan jerky as an impulse(planned ahead) buy. The vitamin/supplement section is second to none. They also have a deli area that has local vendors and suppliers’ fresh made items

Natural G has a spacious layout and good selection at reasonable prices. I like their bulk stuff and produce in particular. The nutrition and H&B sections seem to be vast, but I do not generally shop them. Plenty of parking here and a good mid-town location round out all the reasons why I will visit this place again, even as an out-of-towner.

I know it’s a chain or whatever, but I’ve grown fond of this place. I mean it’s halfway between my house and Whole Foods, the latter of which has seen a lot less of me lately. Let’s see, NG is a bit pricey and not quite as nice as Wild Oats was(remember that place??) and not quite as nice as Whole Foods IS, mainly because it’s seriously lacking a full service deli and meat department. And there’s no hot food to be seen, heard or smelled. And no beer, wine or other booze, so you might have to hop across Dodge and top off your grocery list at Bag N Save. Still, if all you need is some organic kale, frozen berries, faux chicken, a box of some exotic brand of chai and a refill on your 5 gallon jug of water(only $ 1.25!) — etc., etc. — then NG has you covered. Nice.

This location is much more convenient than the West O location. I am happy they decided to offer two locations in Omaha. :-) I feel that this is the best alternative to Whole Foods that I have come across. In a way, though, they are almost two different animals altogether. Where WF(I feel) is more about the aesthetic and socializing, NG is more a true grocery; less like a Vegas Casino. It is geared more for«get in find what you need, and get out», not, «lull you and confuse you so you forget what you came for». ;-) I also feel that NG’s prices are better, on the whole. And the sale prices are great. I prefer the way NG organizes their merchandise. Especially the supplements and personal care areas. So much easier to quickly find what you are searching for, so you can spend more time considering your choices. I hardly ever think, «that’s a great price!» at WF… but at NG, it pops into my head at least once a trip. I think there is room for both in Omaha, and that NG is going to do very well here! They’ve definitely got my business!
