Love the BLT. Delivery is fast and I like the online ordering. The lady at the drive thru does not have good customer service skills. No smile, no thank you, nothing. Not sure why the manager doesn’t notice. The drive thru is hard to get in and out of. The food is consistently good.

It’s fresh, it’s fast and it’s consistently that way. The bread is always good and I love the Dijon mustard. I like to get the Turkey Tom or the Billy Club with no cheese and no mayo(never been a big mayonnaise fan). The chips are made especially for Jimmy Johns, cooked in peanut oil and extra crunchy with flavors like: jalepeno, salt and vinegar, barbeque, plain and«thinny». I’ve never seen anyone grab a bag of the Thinnys. This place is a bit more expensive than other sub shops, but it tastes better. When you place your order with the cashier, by the time you pay and walk down to the end of the counter to grab your sandwich, it’s almost always waiting for you. Always good when you are looking to eat a quick lunch! That’s why I keep coming back.

Freaky fast… but the order tends to be freaking wrong and they will not deliver one literal freaking block away from their corporate designated zone.

I did an online order and it took 35 minutes. I’ve gotten pizza and wings faster than that! These employees are not freaky fast or even speedy. Also my guac got smoothed all over. So my sandwich is slippery.

Service was freaky fast. Went at lunchtime this past Friday. They offered to put my sandwich in a bag — sounds like this place maybe has turned around since some of the previous reviews. The big negative is the parking — maybe only 3 spots, but yes there is a drive-thru and delivery drivers coming/going.

I just ordered an un-wich club online. I walked down the stairs, turned on the tv and my doorbell rang. Freakishly Fast is right. The un-which(wrapped in lettuce, no bread) was wrapped tightly so it was super easy to eat without being a mess. I only ordered one freakin’ sandwich and they delivered.

Not a fan of this Jimmy Johns. I warned the employee before hand that I was going to order 17 sandwiches. The employee told me that was fine and to tell him what I wanted. I slowly read each sandwich off to him and tried to keep each sandwich very simple. At the end of taking each order and not asking me one question along the way I asked him to read it back to me. He read me back the entire list. I kept up with him double checking my work. I paid the man his money and watched the employees rush through everything. They did there best to mark each sandwich(no tom, no mayo, ect.). At the end I ended up with 5 sandwiches that didn’t belong to us. I also had sandwiches that came with toppings that were requested off. It seems like they are great at the cash register but make whatever sandwiches they feel like. My suggestion is to try another Jimmy Johns.

Jimmy johns is a really great place for fast sandwiches. I enjoy the tuna sub sandwich, its always fresh and has a great taste. The only complaint I have is, I saw 3 employees wiping down tables with glass cleaner. I know its not a do it all cleaner because I use it at my place of employment. Bleach and water are the best for these surfaces/duties. Please consider using bleach.

Good Sandwiches and at the right price. This ain’t Burger King so don’t ask to have modifications made to any sandwich. I tried and the Sandwich Nazi came out and shut me down. No worries. The sando was good in any case. Service was just ok, but I attributed that to the fact that my kids kept asking for special attention to their sandwich which wasn’t going to happen. The parking is extremely limited at this particular location so the drive through maybe a better bet. The nice option I noticed is that they deliver to most locations which would probably be the call for a work like setting. Cheers

i work at the hospital nearby and the nurses are obsessed with this place. the first thing i ever tried was their meatball sandwhich and italien soup and i hated it. years later i tried the turkey tom and after that i was another jimmy johns fan. now i crave that sandwhich all the time(lol) and would chose it over subway any day. the nice thing is they are now open til 2am, and sometimes we get free sandwich samples randomly at our work from them. also they are quick. the only drawback is half the employess look like dirty hippies. lol other than thant good food!

This Jimmy John’s has the worst parking/entrance situation I have seen in the recent decade. My co-worker and I had to circle the building a few times before we figured out where to park. The service was OK and we freaked at the speed of our sandwiches. Upon completing our order they did not bother to put it in a bag given that we asked for take out. They did not even bother to announce that our order was complete. This was sort of strange. However, my sandwich tasted great, I have no complaints.

Just called the three closest jimmy johns and none of them have delivery to my address in Benson im just a few blocks from the school. Love their sandwiches but it is what it is and because of the no delivery to my address no more Jimmy Johns i mean for crying out loud im 2.5 miles from the closest one and 3 miles on the second and no delivery to this area just doesn’t seem smart for profit.

As a student who has had my fair share of late nights and grabbing food on the go, Jimmy Johns is a place I feel I can go for a consistent sandwich and not eating something fried up or that’s been resting under a heat lamp for hours. My typical order? Beach Club, their turkey sandwich, with extra lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and sliced in half. Make sure to get it sliced in half, as I cannot safely consume one of these as a whole. I appreciate the free extra veggies, though I dislike that they charge $.25 or so for a tiny cup of water. Also, being open till 2am cannot be beat. I strayed the other day and ordered one of the Slim Subs… no way. Spend the extra $ 1 and get yourself a real sandwich. Jimmy Johns is the only fast food that I can eat willingly. Also, I heard from a former employee that the 72nd location is THE busiest Jimmy John’s in the entire US. Who knows if that’s accurate or not.

I have to agree with others — nothing great here. and the food took a good while to arrive. No plans to try again. I got a grin out of the Vegette’s review.

They make a pretty damned tasty sandwich. I have never had them deliver, but they make em pretty quick if you eat in or carry out. Probably because there is a dozen people behind the counter. Not sure why… I was the only one in the store last time I was there… I guess they get alot of delivery orders. Definately better than Subway or Quiznos. If you are used to the usually sandwiches from chains, this is a good palette cleanser. Note: They don’t accept AMEX.

For those of you who mistakenly thought that this was some sort of gourmet establishment where you could get some fancy pants sandwich, I have some information you might find helpful: you’re an idiot. First of all, the sandwiches are good, particularly when you consider that they cost half of what a Subway costs(they must have to pay Jared a lot of money). Also, the delivery option is highly desirable and very fast. If an employee from another fast food restaurant ends up at your house, it’s likely going to be to rob you. Not the case here, at least during regular business hours. People should really stop reviewing chain sandwich shops as though they’re expected to rival dinner at the Flatiron or something.

Jimmy John’s does not have that great of food. They are one star up from Subway because their sandwiches aren’t soggy. Their food is ridiculously average. I would rather go to No Frills on Saddle Creek and get some French bread and a head of lettuce to make my sandwich. I would be that much richer, and I may at least get sexually harassed in the process(although someone DID once spit on my car at the Jimmy John’s around 38th). But the vegetarian option isn’t fantastic, and their advertising(ooohh, «Free Smells») is lame. However, they happen to be everywhere, deliver at all hours and have really fast service. So, go Jimmy John’s(although I will never eat your food because I still think it stinks).

All of the Jimmy Johns stores taste the same which means they all taste like heaven. And the Jimmy Johns in Omaha, NE is no exception. Expect 5000 people to be behind the corner and for them to make your order pretty slowly, but expect awesome food.

Jimmy John’s subs are a bit different then the normal sub sandwiches. Their bread is really good and they put a great avocado spread on their sandwiches. Try the Gargantuan if you are hungry, and the BLT is great for a light lunch. Parking and the drive through both suck at this location, expect to wait if during a traditional meal time, they are also, happily, open late so you can grab a sub well past when the rest of this town is asleep.
