Yep 5 Stars why you ask… I eat here almost every week! This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurant in Omaha. The owner always comes out and greats me, most of the staff knows me by name. Everything always comes to me hot, correct and delicious! FYI I get the General Chicken Combo with 2 egg rolls, they have great egg rolls here.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We ordered beef fried rice with our meals and asked for no onions. When they showed up 40 minutes late they gave us attitude and they put onions in our food. We called and complained but they just hung up the phone on us. They look out for themselves and the customer is always wrong. DONOTEATHERE!

Horrible service! Ordered delivery Mongolian beef, if I had wanted only onions I would have ordered that. There was hardly ANY beef, and didn’t even taste REMOTELY like Mongolian beef. Other things were not correct on our order, but this was a dinner. I called back in to the restaurant to see if they could credit the amount of the Mongolian beef for my next order(yes I was willing to remain a customer, just not order that again) and they said no, that if I wanted something else, I could drive up to the store and pick it up tonight. Doesn’t that negate the purpose of me having this delivered? Got passed to two people on that phone call, and the manager screaming in the background. All the while I sit there wondering… why am I bothering? Clearly they don’t care about their customers. This was not the first time I have ordered from there, but it will most certainly be my last. Happy Anniversary to me. Looking for a new Chinese delivery option!

Ordered sesame chicken. It was a pink sauce. Weird. The meat I do not think was chicken. Bones and really gross. Sad to say I can not recommend. Fried rice the peas were shriveled and freezer burnt. The pic shows broccoli but did not have any in mine.

I don’t know how this place has such good reviews unless this is the only place it’s fans eat at. Went in awhile ago. The waitress was wearing gym clothes, sweats. That should’ve been sign number 1. First we ordered drinks and she pulled out warm bottled soda from their«fridge» that either doesn’t work or she just pulled out sodas that were just recently put in. The 3rd sign should’ve been the one that made me leave. I asked the waitress about a meal. I just asked what it was. She spoke perfect English. Maybe it was the earbud in her ear… Instead of telling me what it was, she wrote it down as an order until I asked 3 more times what was in it. She didn’t even know. She just told me «chicken and uh vegetables». I asked how the chicken was cooked and she didn’t know. I find this unacceptable in any restaurant. If the server is new then they should have an experienced server with them to help them. She didn’t seem knew, just uncaring. She was nice otherwise. The food didn’t take too long at least. Unfortunately, it was supremely lackluster. I don’t recall the exact meal but the chicken was as stiff as wood and had little flavor. It was like eating left overs from 2 days ago(my personal limit on left overs) that were microwaved for 1 minute. There was really nothing good about this place other than the fact that it was the only place open at the time.

Placed a delivery order and was not given an estimated time and he hung up before I could ask. I thought, that’s fine, standard delivery time should be 45 min to an hour. After an hour and a half I called and the order hadn’t left yet and no explanation was given. Delivery driver arrived shortly after I called and reported that they had the wrong street even though I had spelled it 3 times and given them the cross street. Driver was nice. For the cost the food was very good, not great. Four stars if not for the delivery debacle.

This is the second time we have had their food. The people were nice. We went to the drive up window and they were very courteous. We ordered Combination Lo Mein Noodles, Combination Rice, Happy Family, sweet and sour chicken, beef and broccoli and Mongolian Beef to go. Right off the top when we got the food the strong smell of garlic was so prevalent it nearly knocked you out. We got it home, open the containers. In the Mongolian Beef little to no beef was to be seen, but it looked like there were at least two giant onions that had been cooked. In the Happy Family, there were no scallops at all. Once again in all the dishes the smell of garlic was so strong and tasted even stronger that I did end up feeling pretty icky. No sure we are going back.

I guess I am the oddball customer. I go inside, sit down, order, and eat in their dining room. I never use the drive-thru or order take-out and I don’t call for delivery. It seems the overwhelming majority of their customers eat take-out or delivery. Going by their reviews(with a few outliers for slow service or incorrect order) you’d think they were serving up THEBEST Americanized Chinese cuisine in Omaha. Their food is good. By good, I mean solid. Not stellar, not exceptional, and certainly not«the best.» I wonder if their reviews are inflated because they deliver and there are so few Asian restaurants that deliver in southwest Omaha. So, perhaps people are so impressed by their ability to pick up a phone and have Chinese food brought to their door that it’s skewing their reviews. Something to ponder in my next smoke-filled coffee shop philosophical conversation about online reviews. Restaurants is clean, modern, and inviting. It’s in a nicer strip mall in a nicer part of town. Certainly more curb appeal than your average strip mall Asian restaurant. Most of their customers are getting their food to go, so there’s a good chance you’ll be the only one eating in the dining room. So, that can be a bit awkward. General Tso’s Chicken is good. Tasty sauce and crispy battered chicken. No vegetables though. I’m not a fan of places where the meat entrées are 90% vegetables, but a complete lack of vegetables isn’t a good thing either. It makes the whole thing rather«plain jane» and boring. Egg Rolls were pretty standard. Probably frozen, out of a box, from the same supplier that every other Chinese restaurant in Omaha uses. Crab Rangoon were tasty and bit different than what I was used to. They were flat triangles. Different, but in a good way. Their sweet and sour sauce, at least the stuff in a squeeze bottle on the table, had an off taste that I couldn’t place. It freaked me out too much, so I avoided using it. Would I come here again? Definitely. Would I go out of my way to eat here because the food is just that good? Probably not. If you’re close by and it’s convenient(or if you live in their delivery area) then give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. Good solid Americanized Chinese cuisine served quickly at a fair price.

Looks dumpy but don’t let this fool you. Great food at amazing prices. Fast too.(They have a drive through!) Reminds me of great chinese/american food found in bigger cities where there is more competition that forces you to be better, faster and cheaper.

Very friendly staff who never make me feel rushed. This is my favorite place to do take-out, especially when ordering for a group. The sauces on their dishes always have the consistency of a sauce I like in asian cuisine, but the lighter colored sauces aren’t as bold as I like. They offer lots of vegetarian dishes and their tofu(home style) is the best that I’ve had in Omaha. The dine-in experience is standard, with decent chairs and clean tables. Not many frills inside, but that’s fine as the prices are very reasonable. They also offer a «free gift» item with orders over certain amounts. Delivery is available too! Better than Bo Bo China, not quite as good as JC Mandarin. Spend the extra $.50 to have a good meal from here rather than Panda Express.

It took 45 minutes to get our food and everything was tough and tasted burnt. Definitely won’t be ordering here again.

This place is not too obvious. When we’ve been here it’s clean and quiet. The drive thru can be challenging cause there’s so much to choose from. This is not fast food. It is priced very reasonable and cooked to perfection. It doesn’t really matter what you choose. every thing is great. The crab Rangoon is spectacular. The portions are sized generously and the more you order… you get additional food items included.

We lived just a few minutes from here, so we would pick this up fairly often. I have not eaten in the restaurant, only ever stopped in to pick up to go orders, so I can’t comment on the experience when dining in. The food is excellent though. They’ve always used high quality chicken and everything has been delicious. I especially like the peanut butter chicken. The employees are always very friendly, and the delivery service is fast.

My new favorite Chinese place!!! We ordered the beef lo mein, hot and sour soup and egg drop soup. All were awesome and had amazing flavor. The prices were very affordable, and the portions were huge. The service was friendly and prompt. They also have a drive-thru, and they deliver! Definitely will be returning here a lot! :)

JJ China… more like Yay Yay China! AMIRIGHT?! It’s so nice to finally have a good Chinese/Japanese joint near where I live. I heart Tokyo Kitchen, but that can be quite a drive for one who lives nearer to Gretna. JJ China has soooooooooooo many advantages. They’re food is awesome, the food is prepared quickly, and the place is clean. Best of all, they have a drive-thru, so if I feel like being a real ‘Murican too lazy to get out of my car and waddle the five feet from the parking lot, I can do so! I go here so often it’s not even funny. I can honestly see my gut slowly increase as days go by… (I have yet to actually eat inside, but maybe I will someday. I love their Ipod dock.) Okay, the lo mein is my favorite. 4.99 for a small order, which is more than enough for a person. And, unlike most places, it’s the same price rather you choose vegi, chicken, shrimp, pork, beef… or combo! The rest of the dishes I have had are yummy as well. Yum-yum chicken is, well… you know. The orange chicken is actually a bit spicy, which in itself is enough to make me a fan of the place. During lunch hours(from 11 – 3 everyday) you get a crab ragoon with every order. I give those to my wife since I don’t like them, but she says they’re good. The egg roll is the only weak point, in my opinion. They’re decent, but a bit on the small side and not quite as ‘savory’ as some other restaurants’ offerings.
