Terrible service. Waited forever, got the wrong food, it was cold, my biscuits weren’t done and had to be put in the oven. Ugh I was so mad because I was hoping they’d be better than the terrible ones in North Omaha but I see the lackluster training in the customer service department is just apart of their brand. I love Popeyes but lately,(the past year and a half) they have been awful. PLEASE fix the training in customer service. Thank you.

About once every 2 months or so I get a craving for fast food fried chicken. When that happens I head to the closest Popeye’s for some of their spicy chicken and their mashed potatoes with cajun gravy. I dig their spicy chicken and their cajun gravy. Unfortunately, they are both such heavy foods that once I eat them I cannot eat them again for a little while. It’s a national chain and fast food, so my expectations for their service are pretty low and they rarely exceed them.

This location does have very tasty chicken and I do love the side dishes they have(Mashed potatoes and Cole slaw). We’ve gone here several times but two times we had problems with them forgetting items in our order. We will still go here to get food as it’s not super pricey and the food is good but we will definitely be checking our food before we drive off and I suggest anyone else do the same to be safe.

I really like the Millard location. Although sometimes they are slow they are friendly as they can be. A lot of times we just order whatever the special is since its usually 5 bucks and tis enough for someone to eat without feeling you added on a bunch of calories. I love the mashed potatoes and red beans and rice. Almost always order the spicy chicken(if I get chicken sometimes I will get the shrimp if they are not sold out). My 6 year old son loves the spicy chicken and always ask for the«big piece». . I believe on Mondays they have buy 8 get 8, which obviously makes them busy. I wouldn’t go through the drive thru on those days, you will be sitting there for a while. since I don’t need that much chicken I avoid going their on those days. I do have to say though that the gizzards are a hit and miss. Sometimes they are awful and we cannot even eat them. We usually buy these to share though when we have visitors in town that love them who don’t have a Popeyes near by, otherwise I don’t order them.

Love Popeye’s chicken Love the Red Beans and rice. The Millard location is always friendly and quick to serve… The sweet tea is the best fast food tea anywhere. Wish we’d remember to go on Monday special night… but lunch or supper it’s always hot and delicious. My wife gets the mild and I get the spicy chicken. Good biscuits too. Not usually too busy at night but the drive up is steady… They also have strawberry soda and Hawaiian punch on tap. How good is that?!

Chain quality food. The great thing about this location is the staff. We started coming here after the nearby KFC turned to crap and told us 4 times in a row that they ran out of Chicken. Never a problem here, very friendly staff and always quick.

Pretty bummed that they were out of gizzards(although I wasn’t the one planning on eating them), the chicken was much saltier than I remember it being previously. Great customer service though… so three stars for this visit.

Crappy management/customer service. They were beyond slow to get a good sized order that a couple guys had already ordered before we even got there. They didn’t know their POS system. They also were running out of a lot of things, apparently due to their boss calling in, therefore the truck that was supposed to be in didn’t get here at all. As we were attempting to enjoy our food that we finally received, the kitchen staff proceeded to yell at each other in front of another customer. The dining wasn’t the cleanest, especially for having no one inside. The food wasn’t anything spectacular… undercooked biscuits(which they forgot for my meal, but added an extra one when they realized they forgot it), and overcooked fried chicken. The popcorn shrimp wasn’t crispy and the rice was cold as if it had been sitting out for a while, but the fries were good… probably the best part of the meal! Needless to say, we didn’t leave here satisfied and wouldn’t return to this Popeyes location on our own. But on a positive note, the guy who screwed up our order commented on my leggings and asked where I got them since his daughter has every color, but wants and hasn’t found a colorful/unique pair. It was a nice exit with being able to help someone out.

Same as every other Popeye’s pretty much. Love their food, had great service, was fast. You don’t get enough food for the price in my opinion, but it still tastes great. I will always go to Popey’s over KFC. Never had any problems at this location either.
