Wake-N-Skate Boardhouse

I like to support local but I’m not a fan of this shop. I have bought my board, wheels, and trucks here, but their customer service is cold. If I was new, I’d be terrified of my experience shopping for a board here.

A staple of the boardsports realm in Nebraska, this is my favorite skate shop in the state. They are so involved in the community and sponsor athletes and events that expand these coastal activities to our landlocked state. Knowledgeable, creative, experienced, and passionate staff will make sure that you or your loved ones get a setup that will be sure to have you carving down the streets safely. Their clothing selection will make sure that you’re doing it in style. If you don’t know how to skate or paddle board, just ask the staff for lessons! They will help you get started. This shop is one of the few places you can purchase brands like Diamond Supply and SRH. This is definitely the place to go in Omaha if you are a longboarder or skateboard purist.
Why you should shop here:
Because you don’t really want to buy a skateboard from the mall. That’s honestly sacreligious. And you don’t want to buy one from a place that sells skateboards next to snoopy fishing poles, like scheels. The people involved in this store are what make it different and worth the trip, even from lincoln or further.
