Z Nail and Spa

I usually go to Mohegan but I came here to get a fill and fix a few broken nails since it’s located near my job and I was on break. I wanted to like this place so much but ughhhh. There are gaps between the tips and my nail on several nails so they point upward instead of down and she gave me points instead of rounding them. And they’re SOOOO thin. I definitely won’t be going back.

I got a shellac mani and basic pedi, and the girls were so nice and did a fantastic job. They were also really conscious of getting me in and out quickly for another appointment I had. Definitely coming back.

Went in with my sister for mani pedis and had made an appointment. We were started quickly with pedis and they did a decent job. I got a shellac manicure and my sister got a standard one with clear polish, which also turned out good.
They used clean utensils from sanitized packages, the manicurist was nice, but didn’t speak a lot of English and the massage chairs were comfortable. It’s been a week and a half and my shellac still looks good. I’m satisfied with their service and would go back.

The older woman who gave me a pedicure was super friendly and went above and beyond to please me. She was meticulous with the polish and removing all the callus. They don’t do acrylics which is nice for people who don’t like the smell. I would recommend this place.

I’ve been to many nail places in several states and this is the best I’ve ever been to! The staff was family run and you could tell they cared about their customers and each other. They were clean and professional and if I lived in Omaha this would be my regular spot.

I got a pedicure here from a soft spoken young man (No name tags so I don’t know his name) and it was good. My feet are ticklish, and he did a good job of scrubbing and massaging my feet. The polish looks lovely, and he did a design for me too which made it only a couple dollars more. It took about a half hour not including drying time. Good service, clean salon, and everyone is very polite.
A family came in and all the nail techs were very nice to both their young children as the parents got pedicures.
I will come here again!

I love that they have message chairs. Very relaxing. The man that helped me did a great job. I’m so happy with my pedicure. He was polite and patient. Sometimes my feet are ticklish. Okay, who am I kidding they are always ticklish. I will definitely be returning to Z Nail and Spa.

I’ve been here several times and until recently, I only had great things to say.
I came here a couple of weeks ago with a group of friends for a pre-​wedding shellac manicure. I was the third to arrive and get started on, but my mani was so rushed, I was the first to get finished and it lasted about 20 minutes. Normally, I wouldn’t complain about a quick mani, but we all kind of wanted to relax and enjoy our time and we felt like we were being rushed out the door. The shellac looked great though and stayed on for two weeks before it started to chip and peel. I would have given this four stars.
The last time I came here was for a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was enjoyable, but when the manicurist started on my fingernail, she rushed through it super quickly. It was like she was annoyed I was still there. She pulled at my cuticles so hard, twice my finger started to bleed. My cuticles are pretty good, so she was just pulling at soft skin! She was way too rough with me. On top of that, the manicure looked like I did it myself. Boo. One day later, two of my fingers are already chipped and three have dents in them. Maybe I’m just too used to shellacs… But still. I wouldn’t pay for this again. It was $ 30 total, so not too pricey. I would give this a 3 star review. Maybe even 2.
If you want a nice and relaxing mani/​pedi, this may not be the best option. :/

I always wonder about this place when we’re heading into the restaurant next door and today using some down time I decided to check it out.
Nice that they welcome walk-​ins and there was no wait on a Sunday afternoon at 1:30pm. Upon arrival, just mark down your name on the sign-​in sheet, let them know what you want, and pick a color (not necessarily in that order).
After Bill called me out for having super-​calluses recently, I went for the pedicure + «callus removal» when I noticed it on the menu board.
Sitting in the chair right now, writing this review, I feel like my feet have been bad and are receiving a punishment of some sort. This is likely highly dependent on the nail tech you get and — yes — you can request a softer touch… But I always think it’s more fun to ride it out and get a true feeling for the vibe of the place.
After all, I was in a serious need of some foot care and while vigorous, these type of pedicures are usually also very thorough.
What I wasn’t looking for was an additional nail design. But that’s what I got. My tech really wanted to, and another customer told me she was really good at it… So I figured why not, if that’ll brighten her day. (She did have to scrape off my calluses after all). Yay karma?
After-​impressions, now that I’m all done, are good. $ 32 total for callus removal, deep cleaning, scrubbing, and somewhat aggressive massage (intermingled with various lotions and soaking) plus concessional nail art. Not super relaxing by any means, but my feet are fresh and clean — just what I was looking for. And the people were very friendly. I’d come back if convenience dictated.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this place. All the staff were very friendly and kind! My pedicure looked great! I had a girl named Lisa who shaped my toenails perfectly! I will for sure go back. My only request would be a different top coat, the one used seemed to take a while to dry as compared to other pedicures I’ve gotten (but that’s a minute «complaint»).

Amazing service and quality. Very friendly, know how to get the job done promptly and correctly. My nails are gorgeous! My mother and I went in on a Saturday around 1:30 pm for a mani and we were out before 2. Talk about good service!

They are actually decent when it comes to regular mani/​pedi and very friendly but don’t expect much of acrylic nails!

My mom and I are visiting from out of town and this place was amazing! Everyone there was extremely nice and they did an awesome job on our shellac.

Friendly, gets the job done and not over priced. I have never been disappointed with a service at this spa. I am a repeat customer, a few times a year when I need a pick me up or for a special occasion. I even send my older parents in for pedis since they can’t reach their feet as well any more. They have become regulars too. I definitely recommend Znails.
