First class service. I was having some serious issues with my gear shifts, not to mention I needed to get a service on my trek bike. I purchased my bike from the shop a few years back and had only been in the store on one occasion since my original stop. I was helped in the service areas by a gentlemen named Turbo. He spent a good 30 minutes on my bike right then and there. All the issues I had with the bike were instantly fixed and he even spent the time briefly making adjustments and some other alterations to the bike.
Certainly this may have been his job, but he provided some serious TLC. Taking the time to help a customer and provide such good care was something I have not experienced in a while. Extremely satisfied with his services, I was pretty much inspired to go on a ride once I got home that evening.
Thanks Turbo, I will be back to the Trek store soon to make my next «biking» purchase.

Went in looking for a bike for our daughter for Christmas. The store is good size for a bike shop, and is very well stocked. We were greeted right away and the employee who helped us was very friendly, and knowledgeable. He showed us a few different options for our young daughter at different price points. There was no pressure or pushing us towards something more expensive, and he was very patient.
In the end we purchased a bike that should last her for years to come. Sure it is more expensive than a bike from Target or WalMart, but the quality is much better, and it has been assembled by employees who know what they are doing.
They also offer free service for the first year after purchasing a bike there. Getting a new bike for my daughter might just convince me to dust off my mountain bike and bring it in to get tuned up for spring. They work on all makes, not just Trek.

Took in my sons cheap little bike for a flat. Excellent service. They fixed it in 10mins, made sure both tires and breaks were in working order.

I love the Trek Store. They have cool people in there who know bikes and like to talk about them, sell them, and work on them. We bought my wife’s bike there 2 years ago during their annual accessory sale, where you get 20% of the value of the bike you buy in free accessories. We love it. They will do adjustments on her bike within just a few minutes when we take it in. They have a good selection, a little smaller selection of clothing — but a solid selection of shoes, socks, helmets and accessories. This is a store that really seems to promote a cycling lifestyle, getting around town on a bike instead of a car. If you are looking at a new bike, I’d check here for sure.
