Place is way over priced and they advertise«trades» but they just buy your phone way under retail(iPhone 5=110) and tried to sell me(samsung note 3=335) which is just ridiculous to me. Staying away from this place. Customer service is also below average.

I saw their ad on Craiglist for an LGG2, I called and asked if they had a white one, which they did and was told it was in great condition they also had a nice black one as well. I advised I was driving from Beaumont and I wanted the white one, got price quote from JESSIE and I asked for the grand total so I wouldn’t be suprised after driving an hr to get the phone. He quoted me” $ 226 out the door” — which I now see in another review he also told to someone else –when I got the the white phone was scratched all across the screen and my new total was $ 287.46 then admitted he never looked at the condition of phones when I called. I decided to temporarily take the black phone as the store mgr Simon said he would get me a mint condition phone with in 30 day warranty plus free case and screen protector. When I went to Verizon to activate the phone the LCD was damaged and only a portion of it worked. I bought the phone so I could take pictures at my cousins wedding later that week, I called Simon that evening since he gave me his cell number and said he would resolve the situation himself and call me right back. I never heard from him again. I called the next day and spoke with FADI, and he is this stores(throughout 2 branches) best representative that I dealt with, he would call to let me know what was going on in the process of getting a replacement phone and even was able to have a new G2 brought out to a closer store at the San Bernardino Mall– even if it wasn’t the mint white one Simion promised, FADI was trying to get me a working phone for my cousins wedding to take pictures at. Unfortunately the phone was driven from the West Covina store and a branch manager her self drove it down. When I picked it up from Will, it was totally dead so I couldn’t really test it. He gave me a portable charger that lasted about 10 minutes, just long enough to log into the phone and the G2 to do it’s crazy SH*T again and delete all my contacts. I was still in the mall so I went back and spoke with TERRY who informed me that the G2 has a LCD problem and it could continue to happen with any of them. So basically I got talked into upgrading to a HTC1, for an additional $ 32 .However he was able to recover my contacts!.. So really this whole thing from what JESSIE originally quoted me has gone up over $ 100. I thought with all the bull and crappy phones and stress and chasing them down to find out what was happening they could at lease upgrade the phone no charge but that didn’t happen, the best he could give me was $ 5 off. And keep the free case and screen protector that I asked for in the beginning for Jessies lack of CS and communication skills. — it’s been 10 days since I got the new HTC, and it’s working ok except for the speaker phone, Terry says it must be me not the phone. I spoke with Simon from Ontario store who got the ok for me to go get my free case and screen protector . Now I have to go deal with Quinton who hung up on me when I tried to explain the situation over the phone, and when I called back to ask when the mgr would be in he ignored me and spoke to the customer with out any acknowledgment … for all this to finally be done and over with, I change from 1* to 2* as long as it goes smoothly. However I would never go back to buy, way to much of a hassle and mostly poor CS. or sell They gave me 30 credit total, for my Motorola Droid — in pristine condition, and LG Ally

So I decided to trade up my 2nd generation iPod touch to an iPhone 3GS. So then I went up to this Kiosk called Cellagain and was«helped» by a guy named JESSE. The reason why I put quotes on the word helped is because he doesn’t really have the customer service skills that is required. For example, he rushes me into buying the phone. A service person should not rush their customers into buying their products. Not only that, I have to wait 2 hours in order for the whole trading up process to work because he was too busy talking with his buddy and messing around with another«regular customer».The second reason why this dumbass is an idiot is because at first he told me that it was a 3GS. But then after I got home and checked, it was just a regular 3G, and he also told me that all iPhones only have 3G instead of 4GLTE. To wrap up this review, don’t ever buy phones from this kiosk because the for one, the phones are handled poorly(I was observing them while JESSE made me wait for 2 hours for the trade up process). And secondly, the customer service is just the worst. Jesse said that they’re a professional company, but I’m pretty sure its bulls***. So keep this in mind: even though they have good phones, the process of getting the phone might not make you buy the phone after all. I was just about to punch Jesse in his face as soon as he said that iPhones don’t have 4G but I keep my calm and walked away with my iPhone 3G

So theres a couple things to keep in mind before you go here. First of all, these are used phones. While they do try to sell and buy usable functioning phones, obviously there will be some reason why people chose to sell their phones here besides just upgrading. I have purchased two phones here, and both had minor quirks to them, but functioned well within reason. 2nd thing to keep in mind, THEYDONOTRETURNYOURMONEY they will let you exchange within 30 days, if there is an obvious defect, but under no circumstances will you get your cash back. That said, The guy I bought my most recent phone from was named bryan, and he was very helpful. 3rd and last thing, CONFIRMYOURPRICEBEFOREBUYING Bryan, although helpful, tacked tax onto my price when he said before $ 300 out the door, and i ended up paying 324. I understand tax, but I thought I had an understanding before I agreed. This lost the 5 star for me. He double checked the blacklist, unlock, and functions of the phone he sold to me, and made sureI had a charger for the phone. Good guy, I’ll be back for my wife’s phone soon, but I will be sure of the price first next time :)
