Sprint

Everything was okay. I heard from one of my family members saying this sprint store is the best. So since i only have a couple more months until my lease is up on my phone anyways + it has been giving me problems, I figured i wouls just upgrade it. The girl who helped me, Adrianna I believe it was was okay. She seemed a littlw rude but no big deal. She said it was going to be $ 50 to upgrade & $ 30 + taxs to put my service on it so ehh why not. I end up doing it. + she talked me into getting a phonw case right there on the spot so okay I spend waay more than I was planning too whatever. When I was leaving she told me to make sure i leave a review on them. I said okay, I usually so anyways. But I never did. I didn’t have the time I was going to do it when I had the chance. Well I went on to my google account a couple days ago & it said that I left a review on the store. So I go in to look at it. I never wrote it. It was all about how Adrianna helped me & did a great job that she was the best blah blah blah which was all bullshit to be honest. I was so mad ! I still am !! I can’t believe she put up a review of her self on my phone. She had my old phone which was logged into my google cause she was transferring everything for me into my new phone. I’m sure that’s when she did it. I wasn’t paying attention to her when she had my phone on didn’t think I needed too. How unprofessional & a advashion of my privacy!!! I would never go back to that store, EVER AGAIN !

I come to this sprint store maybe twice a year because I don’t have much occasion to go to the store except to get a new phone. I like this sprint store because they always have what I need. While the employees are completely different every time, they are always helpful and friendly. I come when I or my parents need phone upgrades and they try to expedite the procedure as quickly as possible but it’s definitely never a quick process so come with patience. There’s enough parking unless it’s Christmas time but you can park at the mall and walk if necessary. There is another sprint store in Rancho cucamonga that is way closer to my house but they are terrible so go the extra 5 miles to this one.

AVOID THIS STORE! Can you say THEE WORST store ever?! There is always a lengthy wait to get any type of help. My initial visit took 3.5 hours to open up an account. The sales rep had to ask the manager for help about 6 – 7 times and had to call corporate about 5 times (due to entry errors the rep made). Every visit after has been a minimum of 45 minutes, even when it’s just to pay the bill (which includes an additional fee to make a payment there). Majority of the time the reps aren’t very knowledgeable on the Sprint policies and procedures and will stop and help another customer while they are in the middle of helping you. Make sure you have a record of every transaction made even when they say «We’ll make note of it in our system» because they tend to «lose notes» or have «no record of it». Hopefully I will no longer have to come here. Would give NO stars if it was possible.

Worst customer service ever! This is reason why I am moving to T-​Mobile. It took about 2 hours just to tell me it the battery. Okay cool, I’ll buy a new one. But no, she like We don’t sell them go Best Buy. So it beat the purpose of have insurance. Wow… Smh! Avoid have sprint line they are the worst!

They have the worst customer service ever if I could give them no stars I would. You would think a district manager would be nice and helpful hell no not at this store they are rude and very unhelpful! Avoid this store at all cost

$ 3 for the Privilege to give you my money because you don’t have a payment kiosk?
Really?
At least the store on Foothill had a kiosk, too bad it’s currently broken.
Maybe it’s time for me to «sprint» to another courier.
