Del Taco

This place is awful at night. I ordered two tacos and waited for 5 minutes in the drive thru, no one before me and no one after. Employees are not friendly. I used to love this location! I’m disappointed.

24 hour drive thru? No. Drove through and waited drove around again and waited again. Not open. 2:30 a.m. Saturday night Sunday morning. Nobody inside lights minimal. Sign was lit and said 24 hour drive thru open. Isn’t that what they call false advertising? I will file a complaint with corporate tomorrow

If I could give zero stars I would this place was disgusting I found a hair in my chicken quesadilla and a hair in my taco it was gross the service was bad the guy at the counter was depressed and wasn’t up beat with his customers he had major attitude and didn’t even give me anything complimentary for the hair in my food they just made my food again and didn’t even say sorry for the hair in my food I am never going there again and will not suggest anyone to go there unless you want hair in your food and bad customer service

When your from California, it is extremely important to find a del taco that is seriously on point. This Del taco off Jurupa in Ontario is by far one of the most consistent locations of the entire chain. Food is always prepared properly and fresh. Not to mention the great courtesy of the entire staff. they are professional and welcoming. Their dining area is always clean and well kept. I definitely recommend this location to any del taco customers.

It’s hard to beat the original Del Taco in Barstow, in terms of freshness, quality and taste. This location does a good job of making fresh food but my experiences with the drive thru force me to take off a star.
1. The loudspeaker for communicating your order to the person on the inside is quite frankly, inaudible. Between the noises of the nearby freeway and the half-​English speaking order taker, the odds are stacked against you for placing an accurate order.
2. They are «Jewish» when asking for hot sauce. I usually order two burritos and they never fail to give me 3 or less hot sauce packets. Make sure to ask for a dozen hot sauces if you like hot sauce.
3. They have forgotten an item from my order more than once. Granted, I come here weekly so mistakes are going to happen eventually. Make sure to check your order!
Other than those three things, the food is not bad. It’s definitely not Barstow Del Taco good, but it’s tasty!

They may not be the fastest one in the chain but their food is really consistent.
Just remember you’ll have to drive all the way past the gas station and Starbucks to get to it because it is in the back of the whole center. For me, the green burrito is a 24 hour food item in my book!

Del Taco Jurupa is sparkly clean, great food, great service, and not crowded. Worth the extra distance in the back of this freeway food/​gas center right off the 15 and Jurupa. Open 24 hours is a bonus!

This is some of the best Del Taco I’ve ever had, and I’ve eaten a lot. Sure, location sucks, but food quality is unreal. It’s the new standard for me. Have been here a few times already. Will be back many more times.

I use drive through and never had any issues. Always satisfied.
Keep your receipt and do a short survey to get $ 1 off any purchase of $ 3 or more. They give you this receipt every time. I spend no more than $ 5 each visit and use the coupon every time and it comes out to 20−30% off my bill. How great is that?

This Del Taco is in a weird location located on a back finger of a strangely arranged business park. We walked in saw how dirty the place was and decided we’d just stop in Barstow. I guess the hope is that you will use the drive through and not see the inside.
For the urban art enthusiasts they have some interesting carvings in the bathroom sink and toilet seat lids!

Originally I left a 5 star rate for this Del Taco and raved about the service. Well lately all that has changed. The service went down hill and today was probably the worst visit I’ve had. Unilocal offers coupons via the phone app and today this Del Taco refused to use the coupon. I stated that I had used the Unilocal coupons many times and they said doesn’t matter they won’t take it, rudely. So I pay for my entire order without the discount applied since I had already waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. Well, when I got back to work and looked in my bag the order was wrong! What happened Del Taco?! I’m so disappointed.

I like this place. It is very clean and the food is served quickly. I also
like that all your sauces are placed on the table nicely organized in a basket.

I must say, my favorite bean and cheese with green sauce!!!

I figured since I just went through a traumatizing ordeal at the DelTaco on University, I should at least commend the excellent team here.
I first must state that the employees here must think that I exist on tacos as I am here at least 2x a week… yes I have an issue, no I am not working on it.
Honestly I HATED DelTaco before this location, ya’ll made me change my mind *swoons*
1^st-​The employees are awesome, super nice and fast. Plus they do not look at me odd for coming twice in one day (sometimes things happen)
2^nd-​The food is always made fresh, hot and looks fantastic. The tacos here are filled fully and YUMMAH
3^rd-​They have never, ever, EVER forgotten an item in the whole year I have been coming here. Even on the occasions when I ordered insane amounts of food (and the quality never shifted)
This is my spot. Not going to another Del Taco, I tried and they broke my heart.

On this visit, I decided to go inside the store and order at the counter. As soon as I waked in, the cashier at the counter greeted me and asked me how I was doing. A+ for that cashier!

This location is so-​so. The burritos were very tiny, and most del tacos give you more bang for your buck.
I was one of three people inside the dining area, but the service was still very slow. If you can visit another location, I highly recommend going elsewhere.
