Soggy lettuce, soggy taco shells. And an extra charge for Baja Blast Mountain Dew?! Really? My husband ordered his food and then wanted a Baja Blast with his meal and they told him there would be an extra charge for that kind of soda. I have never heard of this. Add that to their poorly made food and this place won’t be getting my business again.

Fast service, but this location doesn’t except Taco Bell gifts cards :(Their excuse is that there a KFC as well. If it’s two business then they should honor the gift cards for each business.

So I feel compelled to write a review based on all the bad reviews I see on here. This is the Taco Bell location that is combined with KFC. The service wasn’t slow, there were 3 cars ahead of us and total time to get our food was around 8 minutes. Not bad. Hubby and I ordered a bunch of tacos(9) 2 orders of nachos, and an enchirito, &2 large drinks. Lisa was taking our order. She was nice over the intercom. When we go to the window took about 1 minute to get all our food. When we checked the bag however, our two orders of nachos weren’t in there. When we told Lisa, she apologized and said she would give them to us free of charge– which she did. She didn’t have an attitude or anything, that was a nice change of pace from the normal associates who when they mess up, have an attitude when the fix your order. Thanks Lisa, for having a great attitude, and giving us great customer service after a small mistake. We appreciate it. Great experience overall.

I have eaten at this location many times over the years and it keeps getting worse and worse. Corporate offices if you ever read this, and you have proven you will not, you should fire all these employees and hire a new staff. I have eaten the pot pies and the gravy is to thin, the pie contains mostly potatoes and pepper, very little chicken. They screw up everything they made, weather it was no training or they just stopped caring I am not sure. This is the worst Taco Bell around. This place is good for nothing.

Stopped by this morning at 9:10am. Have no idea what the guy said to me in Tue drive thru. I waited a couple minutes to see if he was going to ask me for my order, nothing. I asked if anyone was there, no response. I waited a couple more minutes and then drove up to the window. No one was there either. I waited a couple more minutes at the window, never saw anyone, so I went to Jack in the Box. Thanks for nothing. I won’t ever go back to that location. Glad the economy is so good businesses can afford to lose customers.

This place SUCKS!!! 8AM only 3 cars in line had to wait at the intercom«please hold» I’m like wtf for?! Then I order still another 10 minutes for fast food? On top of that she didn’t ask me if I wanted any cream or sugar for my coffee! Other places ask and actually put it in there for you! All the time it took for me to think write and edit all I’m saying now, I still haven’t got my food! # incompetency

first I waited for a long time to find out they gave my order to someone else. then the taco I ordered was the wrong one, after exchanging it. I realize the quesadilla I ordered was also wrong. Prior to me having to go and get my order corrected so did the person that was already eating before me, so I do not recommend this Taco Bell, the only good thing about it was I got a free lemon cake but it was due to their mistakes.

I come here all the time. The customer service here is AWESOME however they can be slow at times but for the most part they’re pretty fast. Food here taste like I would expect it to be which is pretty good for it being Americanized mexican food and the KFC part is good to. The Managers there are really nice and friendly especially the manager Joseph he’s super friendly and good with customers. The other managers are AWESOME as well and have a great way with customer service.

Pro: Super fast! Cons: I asked if they had the diet menu which is called the Fresco menu. I asked and the guy said no, so when I asked again, because seriously, it’s a chain restaurant and they always have it, he said yes. Kind of weird. At least i got my much needed diet tacos!

Save your time and money and eat somewhere else. This Taco bell is shared with a KFC. Inside is disgustingly dirty. Food all over the floor and tables. Staff is ok but seems to be very loud. Orderd 3 tacos and had to wait 15minutes for my order Crazy!??, I’d understand if they were busy but there was only one other couple inside besides my son n I. Food quality was gross. Even my 7yr old son didn’t want to eat the taco, and he’s the one that wanted Taco Bell. I’d drive down the street to Del Taco. Never again would I come here.

Ya make me laugh… Went through the drive thru and was told there weren’t any cinnamon twists. The guy offers me empanadas in lieu. Totally not the same. I was given back the difference in cash for the cinnamon twists since I said to just take them off the bill. I don’t think the manager factored in the tax. Whatever. The raspberry iced tea was extremely watered down. I wish I had tasted it before I left so I could have asked for something else. The cashier talked so fast, I had no idea what he was saying. Just took our meal and left.

Worst service ever, wait for 10 mins in the drive thru, waiting to take my order, they don’t give me my receipt, and offer any sauce, if you don’t have your card or money ready, they leave you and take a customers order in the lobby,. Don’t go there, young rebel teenagers that don’t care about life

This location is very slow and they seem to not know how to take orders. They get confused very easily and you have to repeat your order several times. The food was wrapped up very sloppy and all of the items were marked bean burrito. We didn’t order all bean burritos, so we had to go through all the food to figure out what was what. Disappointed!

Slowest service ever. So sad… how can you take 6 minutes to take an order with 5 people around? KFC part. chicken came out SUPERDRY!!! where are your quality control? we asked for chicken! not sand paper!
