I have been very disappointed in their customer service for the last couple of month’s. This last time really pissed me off, I had ask the gentleman(his name I don’t remember) but he was black, tall, skinny & gay. Anyway I went for a pair of shoes that I loved ask to try them on… it took him a couple minutes to notice me because he was to busy checking himself out in the mirror so when he does take my shoe 20min. Went by & no shoe & he never came to to say«we r looking for it» or «sorry its taking so long» no his ass just kept looking in the mirror. I finally had it & left, I left 3 item’s they lost $ 150+ that day. I know go to the one in Montclair & I get treated so much better.

Customer Service is everything to me… and nowadays you don’t get good shopping experiences in most stores. However after recently shopping here and being helped by ELMA was amazing!!! She was patient, kind and most of all very helpful. I was impressed how she was able to handle so many duties and still take care of every need that I had I WASBLOWNAWAY! I spent way less then I expected and walked away with some nice items, this is the spot THANKSAGAINELMA!

So I don’t shop here for myself(well, not since I’ve gained a bunch of weight after being married for a few years; none of their clothes would fit me), but I come here every now and then for my wife(and soon for my daughter). The store is always clean and well organized. The window displays always bring you in with that«hmmmmm, that would look good» appeal. The employees always greet you with a smile and a welcome(which never seems forced like some stores). When you ask for help with something, they always do their best to help you find what you’re looking for or offer you some alternatives if what you are looking for is no longer in stock. It is a smaller store; however, so I notice a lot of things I see online, I can’t find in the store which is kind of a bummer. Again, the employees will try and track stuff down for you though. I’m just the type of person that likes to hold stuff in his hand and see what I’m purchasing for doing so.

The customer service here is absolutely the best I’ve experienced at any guess store. The manager Humberto along with his staff Emma and Ty were so very good. Humberto truly values customer satisfaction and he is there to help with what ever he can. Thanks for your help. My boyfriend and I really appreciate the customer service skills you bring; we will only shop at this Guess store in Ontario mills from now. Thank you so much for turning our bad experience at the guess accessories store in to a better one. Guess should hire more managers like Humberto.

Not a fan of Guess and G by Guess but they were having a sale. The workers were all super friendly and the sale prices were pretty cheap. 3 stars!
