By far the worse customer service I have ever experienced. While I was shopping I happened to ask one of the girls on the floor and question, I’m standing right in front of her and she did not even raise her head so I ask her a second time thinking she did not hear me and again no responses(she was not wearing a name tag). So I go about my shopping upset and not so sure I should give the store my service, I make it to the checkout with 4 pieces of clothing for my son, there are two people at the cash register a man and this women Jessica. The man helped me and asked if I had coupons which I thought I had, I find the coupons I have so I show him and he proceeds to ask Jessica if he could validate what I have, Jessica then says to him as if I’m not even standing there and very annoyed«no! She shopped clearance» and turned back to her register, then she mentioned something about retail me not I said I have the app, she tells me what to look for there is low signal in the store and I’m having trouble pulling up what I need. I could see Jessica rolling her eyes and I could hear her sigh in annoyance. There was no line behind me but I move aside in case other customers might need help while my phone loads. Jessica calls me over as if calling a dog over and says«here, I pulled it up!» And adds one more loud sigh. I couldn’t even say Thank You at that point, I take my bag and I left the store. I couldn’t understand what their problem had been I wasn’t rude or unreasonable, I wasn’t asking for hand outs. Like everyone else I was there to shop and pay for my merchandise and if could save a couple bucks why not, I’m entitled to it.
