Old Navy

First of all let me just say, I work by the mall and I got off to meet my fam at old navy when I got there one of my family members were being assisted by this old lady maybe about late 40’s name KAREN
As they were asking her for a size in the sweater she rudely said to them we had a busy weekend we don’t have your size
That’s fine I get it I work retail everyone is glad the Black Friday weekend is over
However I received a phone call, and since I wasn’t doing any shopping I decided to look for somewhere to sit (plus I been standing all day, like I said I just got off from work) I’m sitting on/​by a mannequin on the box it displays them on,
I’m talking on the phone, out of everyone’s way minding my own
Then KAREN comes by and says I have to get up I can’t sit there
Mind you maybe like 5 employees passed by and looked at me and didn’t say a thing about sitting there
Whatever I get up and ask her «well do you have anywhere to sit while I wait for my family to finish shopping?» She says you can sit in the fitting room
Pause
Why the heck would I sit and occupy a fitting room?
She pissed me off
I’m not a child and wasn’t touching the mannequin or disturbing anyone
Karen needs a self evaluation about herself
She shouldn’t work retail with a snobby attitude
F* her
I’m sure other customers who have had an encounter with her feel the same
She needs to retire from retail

Bad service when we are all standing in line, with a lot of other people & Sheena decides to take her friends before everyone else!

WHY IS THE LINE ALWAYS SO INSANELY LONG!!!
My god, this place needs to hire more cashiers or buy more registers. Seriously, every time I come here, there’s a line that wraps around and then extends at least half the length of the store. I always find such cute clothes and jewelry at outlet prices, yet I never manage to leave with anything I find because the line is just TOO long that it’s never worth the wait.
I’m not sure what’s up with that, but I truly hope they fix this issue. I get that it’s an outlet and people are crazy when it comes to sales, but this is probably the only store at the outlet that has this problem.
1 star because of the never-​ending line.

It seems past Unilocalers have not had a great experience with customer service here, but I want to give a shoutout to Bridget, who was so helpful when I was searching for a dress!
The first dress I tried on was way to big, so she went to search for a size S for me. Unfortunately, they were out, so she brought me an XS, and gave me a list of other stores that had the size I needed. She told me I better buy the XS here so I could get a 40% off discount and exchange it at a store on the list she gave me. Other stores only had the dress at 30% off. Yesterday, I went to one of these stores and exchanged for their last S, and was able to keep the better discount.
Thanks for the tip girl! Great customer service from my experience here.

We went on a Saturday and oh boy, this store was packed! I don’t know where the sales staff went because there was nobody on the floor available for assistance. The fitting room has a long line. The check out line was crazy too, it almost started from the back end of the store, although all the registers were open, there was just too many people.
I will never go back if it is this packed again.

They was a long line and only 3 cashiers open and on when I finally got to the the front my cashier took the longest time about 15mins they really need to step it up

Of course what I wanted to buy was not included in the 40% off entire store sale, nice going Old Navy.

While on a desperate search for an end of season jacket for my daughter, the staff was extremely helpful trying to help me find one. Not only did they help me search the racks but they also searched their back room when I asked if they had anything in the back. All without rolling their eyes or giving me a canned answer of «Everything we have is on the floor.» Once we found the jacket, sadly this location did not have my daughters size so they offered to call nearby stores and put one on hold for me.

Horrible customer service. Only one cashier for 20 plus customers. There are several employes on the sales floor, non try to help out. They seem not to want my cash.

These people over there job! And they have sizes:)

I recieved a gift card for here.
I ended up getting a pair of jeans but they didnt have many choices.
Looked for a shirt also and not much to look at

Best I could sum up the whole is that this is your typical Old Navy. Nothing really new here overall.
Found some clothes on discount for kids and purchased some nice jeans for myself.
It’s in Ontario Mall, which I recon makes it an Outlet store but it didn’t really seem to have anything «deal» wise that would make it such.

A couple years ago I found a pair of silver sequined flats at this location. They were the last pair in my size and I haven’t seen them at any other location since then (or anyone else wear them). They were seriously my favorite pair of flats until one day my mother decided to throw them out just ’cause I walked in the rain with them –_​_​– Wuhebz.
I rated this location 4 stars JUST BECAUSE of the flats. Otherwise, Old Navy is Old Navy. Cheap and inexpensive clothing trying to follow today’s latest trends. Save yourself some extra money and go to Banana Republic instead.
