Love this store !! They always have great deals and the staff is super friendly and helpful! I was trying to locate a bag that they no longer carried and the manager went out of her way to help me find it and they sent it directly to my house. Go check it out

if I could give this place a negative star I would. Customer service needs a LOT of work. Disastrous. I’ve had bad customer service before, but this tops the charts. Someone from the headquarter should audit this place. My first bad experience is my last, I will never shop at guess AGAIN! Wow, I love guess, or at least Im trying to figure out if I still feel the same. Anyhow, Im still trying to figure out how someone (MYRA) with the title as a manager can have no respect towards customer. A long with an employee making rude comments as well. Despite being a die hard guess addict for over 10 years, guess wasn’t able to find a resolution regarding a very simple concern. even after countless walk ins, literally over 5. The thought of no longer buying my favorite clothes/​shoes/​accessories horrified me. I visit at least once a week, but won’t be for a while due to this unpleasant experience. I won’t be stepping in at this store ever again.

I’m so glad that I waited! I came to Ontario Mills a week or two ago to shop for a purse but decided to hold off on purchasing the one that I fancied at the time.
Today select shoes, handbags and accessories were an additional 25−50% off!!! One of the best things about outlet stores at Ontario Mills is that there’s always a great sale!
The sales associates working today were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. This was a better experience than I had a few weeks ago where I wasn’t greeted or even asked if I needed help.
If you knew how much I saved on my purse today, you’d be running to the Guess Accessories store at the Ontario Mills mall too! :)
