Ok, so seriously, I don’t write reviews on retail locations much. I mean, what can I say about the Gap that hasn’t already been said. And mostly because I don’t research recommendations on clothing stores as much. But this Gap location changed my mind and compelled me to share my experience with y’all. So here it goes. My mistake: Visiting the mall during Christmas time. So granted, it’s Christmas time. EVERYONEANDTHEIRMOTHER is out shopping which makes me want to spend all of December holed up in my home wanting to stay as far away from everyone as possible. Call me a scrooge, but my idea of fun is not trying to get through an aisle packed with 20+ people trying to figure out what dumb thing to buy. OR spending 30+ minutes looking for a parking spot that isn’t 4 miles away. Ok, so I mayyyyy be exaggerating just a TAD. Their mistake: Not caring about their customers. So there are, at the very least, 10 cash registers in the front and yet, the lines are HUGE!!! I literally timed it. I was in line for 32 minutes!!! Why you ask? Why if there are 10, yes TEN registers? Well that’s because only 4 – 5 of them were being used. And not continuously, I might add. I noticed one guy ask the manager if he could go grab a drink or something(he did the drink motion so I assumed that’s what happened), so he left, and there was 4 of them? Maybe 3. The manager himself wasn’t even on a register the entire time. He’d go around talking to the cashiers at times, but was not consistently helping reduce the lines. Then I noticed some of the cashiers would leave their register and fold clothes and put them away. So I’m no professional here, but I have a tremendous amount of common sense, and wouldn’t anyone with even the slightest bit of common sense figure that the priority here is to get the customers taken care of as quickly as possible??? I mean couldn’t they fold clothes once the line was a little shorter??? And not 32 minutes long!!! Just sayin’! The store was adequately stocked, so it wasn’t like customers were standing there wondering why a sweater wasn’t folded! Trust me! What customers were thinking is why their line looked like Best Buy’s black Friday sale line! Absolutely unacceptable, Gap! Tisk tisk!

I am not really a fan of this gap but they always have great sales .I went specifically looking for cardigans and went in and the place was packed .In the boys section most of the cardigans and clothes in my sons size was mostly gone .The store was also a mess but I noticed they were busy and I actually really like the customer service here. Anytime I’m looking for a size someone always tries to help and today wasn’t any different .I just wish the toddlers boys selection was larger and that they would have shoes in stock .They were almost out of everything today.

This probably one of the worst gap outlets I’ve been to. The selection is unimpressive but I gave it 3 stars for the sale. Right now the store has a 50% off the entire store and 30% off clearance items. The service is fine, I didn’t need help, but there was no one in the fitting rooms… Overall a resounding meh.

This gap is so messy!!! I was not sure if I was in GAP or ROSS!!! Clothes in the floor things stiffened in coroners. If it was not new from the truck within the last few days then you are searching everywhere for it. The check out is hideous!

Britney was the cashier, she didn’t even acknowledge me. She was talking with the girl next to her, she rang up my clothes, told me my total without even looking at me and then when she was giving me my change, she set it down on the counter instead of putting it in my hand that was out… this is why I hate shopping in the mall.

The Gap Outlet has major sales going on this week & don’t forget to print your [ADDITIONAL] 30% off coupon online first! Came to the Ontario Mills Mall today to use this coupon good for The Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy. It’s great because you can get an additional 30% off the sale price. Unfortunately none of the woman’s clothes fit me(too big), so just got some accessories. How cheap are items you ask? Sweaters, jeans, exercise clothes, practically everything was between 20−50% off + your 30% off coupon! Though I probably wouldn’t frequent The Gap Outlet because items don’t fit me, I’m sure you can find some neat finds for super discounts here. Spring/summer clothing is in, including swimsuits if you are looking for them. Note: The set up of this store reminds me of Old Navy, clearance clothes are scattered all over the place.
