I went in last night too check the wireless headphones and there not in yet I tried to get some information on them. I ask for help because I wasn’t greeted. Rhea I ask for the manager and brain was the one in charge. He was rude and didn’t want to help me at all. When I’m spending my money I would like good service. I’ve come to this location for about 7 years now I believe. Every time I come in they are always helpful and have great customer service. I was helped today by Brian, in exchanging some old worn headphones for some new ones. He remembers me always coming in, which is part of the great customer service. They always look in shock when they see how worn out my headphones are, but smile because I stay in the Bose family haha. Thanks for always being great Brian.

Love the folks here at the Bose Store. They are always accommodating and solution oriented. All to often people want to criticize and it’s a pleasure working with the folks here. Last several times in my guy is Brian Tellez. Top notch service. Had a warranty issue on my Media Console, and my warranty was just out of date. Bought a SoundSport headset for workout and running. Had issues after the 1st time i use it on a morning run. went back to exchange maybe i got a defective item. Bose representative at the outlet store was very helpful. Exchange was a breeze. No hassle and very polite. Store was clean, and neat. There having a sale on some items. You pay for what you get. a little pricey but quality is what you pay for and customer service on after sales. Lets try it out again, i hope i this second headset stands by the name of BOSE for quality and reliability.

I live up in the east bay and the local Bose store I bought my headphones from is no longer around due to a big construction project at the mall in walnut creek. So, when I was down in southern cal for business I saw that there was a Bose store close by. The headphones I had were broken and only one headphone would work. The store manager Brian took good care of me and I was able to get a new pair. Obviously the store has both a great customer satisfaction and customer retention philosophy. Thanks again!

I disagree with Bonnie’s negative review, no disrespect to her, bu my experience at this Bose store has been nothing less than fantastic. Of course if you’re buying Bose you know it won’t be the cheapest, but it will be the best. My dog ate my SIE2i’s, no really the little F**k*R did. Anyway I went to get some new ones(another $ 170) you gotta love your dogs… But when we got to talking at the front and told the story to the rep(Josh) he said that the warranty covered that! WHAT??? Long story short I didnt pay anything just went home got my old receipt and got new ones! thank you BOSE… :D

This rating is for the STORE… BOSE«anything» is not CHEAP. I wanted to purchase a fairly expensive little piece of electronics, over $ 500.00, cash in hand… To be «assisted»(very loose usage of the term) by a rude snob of a salesman lost them the sale. I went home, got on line to BOSE, ordered, paid nothing extra for shipping —thank you very much — have awesome MUSICTADA!
